The second best showing in a primary today, with 6% of the vote and over 30,000 votes. New York came in at 7%.
Great work getting Ron Paul supporters to turn out!

Ron Paul will be remembered long after the other candidates fade into obscurity.
Tweak it for per capita, and TN apparently came out ahead.![]()
Thank you Tennessee.![]()

"Mr. Chairman, we have in this Country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation's debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed has cost enough money to pay the National debt several times over. -Cong. Louis McFadden
Well we tried, I was the only person voting out of maybe 20 when I was there, that was under 50 and I am 18. I could not miss school but I was out there for a couple hours.
You know, if Ron Paul said "we're going to get rid of the department of education and the department of energy and various other departments and we're going to take the money we save and put it toward medicare and social security" we'd win the election. It's all about manipulating the damn blue hairs. Well, that, and conforming to the CFR, but still.
Henry County went about 7.5%. I had hoped for better.
This was sent out to us by our Meet Up organizer here in Knoxville..
"Knox County pulled in 3,430 votes for Ron Paul.
Davidson County which is Nashville pulled in 2,974 votes for Ron Paul.
Shelby County which is Memphis pulled in 1,795 for Ron Paul.
Hamilton County which is Chattanooga pulled in 2,672
We beat everyone of these Counties and they are bigger than Knox County, so we worked our butts off. So never give up, if we can pull this many votes off and beat the bigger ones, just think about what we can do."![]()
