Default Problems with early voting in GA

My wife went to cast her Ron Paul ballot early today at one of the "early" voting locations:

1.) The DIEBOLD's were down "due to weather"... um, there is no bad weather here today
2.) She had to wait for 45 minutes while they tried to get the machines back up
3.) Upon leaving, no one was there to "collect" her electronic voting card, she could have easily just walked out

She stated everyone was asking for a paper receipt and that the workers were getting pissy stating "Georgia doesn't need to do that".

Due to weather? So DIEBOLD's don't work if it's mostly cloudy? Go figure.
What county are you in? I live in Hall and am considering voting early, but I am worried about complications like the ones your wife encountered.
"During the course of administration, and in order to disturb it, the artillery of the press has been leveled against us, charged with whatsoever its licentiousness could devise or dare. These abuses of an institution so important to freedom and science are deeply to be regretted, inasmuch as they tend to lessen its usefulness and to sap its safety."

I voted early this past Thursday and the ladies in the office were very nice to me. I am located just outside of Athens. Upon entering the office a lady filled out a form and checked my ID while another lady waited for which primary I wanted to participate in and then gave and collected a credit card that I inserted into the machine.
