Jade Helm is different from other exercises, in that it is training soldiers to round up dissidents. Soldeirs are not set up to evaluate guilt or innocence or probable cause. Only to follow orders. Rounding up dissidents is exactly what Jade Helm seems designed to do. Why would they be "infiltrating" the local population and setting up informer cells? See where this is going? Oh right, that's conspiracy talk, like NDAA, oh wait. They can do that now. Indefintiely detain US citizens without charge or trial, by the military. Good thing that conspiracy talk didn't come true either, huh?
Soldiers should plan on mass disobedience in Jade Helm.
BTW some say even Pineland was not such a hot idea. A cop was killed when he thought soldiers trying to disarm him were renegades, and he opened fire. That's the kind of dangerous confusion that can happen.
