A lawyer grilled Geithner at the trial of a lawsuit brought by former AIG chairman and chief executive Maurice Greenberg. He is suing the federal government for about $40 billion over its handling of the bailout, claiming it violated the Constitution’s Fifth Amendment by taking control of the insurance giant without ‘‘just compensation’’ for the shares it received.

They have never yet and they never will have the sense to reflect that this hobby-horse is a manifest violation of the most important law of nature, which has established from the very creation of the world one unit unlike another and precisely for the purpose of instituting individuality."- A Quote From Some Old Book

AIG is a "ZERO SUM GAME"

It's insurance... AIG should of never been bailed out, then there wouldn't be all these lawsuits on "Poor me, I took too much of a haircut by Uncle Sam's Thugs"

AIG should of been put into receivership and liquidated the bad debt. These cronies own corrupt government and a lawless "JUST-US" system.

PS: Remember AIG Bailout and exposed Goldman Sachs, then the $13 Billion in bonuses? That's another reason not to bailout the racket.

Here's the money table on AIG:
