Enemy Of The Week: US To Slap Iran With New Sanctions

Although the White House confirmed that Iran was living up to the 2015 JPCOA nuclear agreement, Congress is still moving forward with new sanctions against the country. Why? According to the Administration it's because they test missiles, support terrorists, and violate human rights.

Well, there's no irony there. Nope.

"Enemy of the Week" - That is a great meme summing up Washington's perpetual foreign policy.

Sanctions are soooo effective. We will someday even bring Cuba to their knees with them. We've had sanctions on them for over 50 years now.

Well, they are effective at making sure we always have a happy and healthy criminal smuggling organization. If we let peace break out for too long, pretty soon the price of assassinations and one-on-one's with 8 year-old Thai-babies goes through the roof. Can't have our Satanic overlords getting all stressed out.

    Funny from The Nation:

"The US government has drawn a big sigh of relief. After decades of being on the retreat, Iran’s pro-democracy forces have regained momentum … In turn, Washington has decided to double down on diplomacy in order to further move Tehran toward reconciliation and reintegrate …

Just kidding. … Washington’s approach is motivated by an irrational fear of losing Iran as an enemy. Instead of welcoming the country’s courageous democratic steps… President Trump clenched his fist and doubled down on enmity by calling for regime change and Iran’s isolation. …

In the 1950s, Britain and the US overthrew Iran’s embryonic democracy in order to seize the country’s oil wealth. …. "

    Yep.

Iran has stood it's ground against another takeover and so Washington must make it pay.

It was Trump's stance on Iran, during his campaign, that let me know he was a lying POS.
