    New Rules Of Engagement: More Authority To The Generals

    The Trump Administration is reportedly changing the rules of military engagement to give the generals more authority over attacks in areas not in the heat of battle. What does this do to civilian control of the military? Is this a new strategy?

    So, the authority to go to war was abdicated by Congress and given to the POTUS. Now the POTUS has now abdicated the authority to go to war and given it to his generals. What was that Trump mentioned should happen to traitors? Because from where I'm standing there are 536 individuals that need to suffer that fate if that power is not returned to it's proper authority.

    Might as well just let the MIC take it from here. However, I have a memory ringing in my ears - the Donald Trump Jr. quote about how his dad would let the Vice President handle all domestic and foreign policy.
