Not if they can make us and the conquered pay for it, but so far they don't seem to be good enough at feeding the dairy herd or harvesting the wild game to sustain the empire.Quote:

The goal of every government is to grow. It has no amibitions beyond that. What will the dog do when it finally catches the car? Probably use it to chase the next car.
