The cost renting of Private (Apartments) Flats, houses in Greater London in the UK, especially the central are through the roof, whether employed or unemployed. The whole housing situation is just terrible. Property owners rip people off.

England is a Fascist shit hole. Blame your government and it's complacement soft to the core lilly licking voter base.
Your population has DEMANDED it's plight. Same as it ever was.
You've got your source wrong - the government fucks the property owners over and in order to stay solvent/in business they must raise the rent.
Backwards land is backwards.
2028ish will be the end of the Fourth Turning. 15 more years to go.
Exactly correct.
It's going to get progressively worse for over a decade. There is no sustainable upswing on the horizon for nearly 20 years.
The delusions are being destroyed by the Apocalypse as we speak - until the mass delusion is no longer, there will be no sustained forward momentum. Period. To believe otherwise is to be a function of this delusion.
Proof? Did you go long? How much? We need to know how much conviction you have in this trade.
You're missing the big picture. A single week is irrelevant for economic happenings that place over many years.
My sources post both positive and economic news as they happen. Please follow suit and refrain from trying to make an argument out of sources that could find the negativity in anything. Zerohedge is a joke.
nice troll thread
Jordan must have some stocks he wants to dump. He only shows up when the market is peaking then disappears from the forum entirely during downturns.

I have bought metals this year, I do not expect them to go down , I do not expect things to get better , I expect them to get worse. These, are just my thoughts.
I think that is possible, I think austerity measures, here, if were ever taken ( not going to happen with this Socialist Senate, in the next few years), will bring more fire bombing than it does there, but I could be wrong, just in case , :) , my insurance is paid up....
Ohio Food Banks See Increasing Demand

DAYTON, Ohio -- Ohio food banks are distributing
more these days than during the height of the recession a few years ago
because of a difficult jobs climate and higher costs for daily
necessities, they report.
The banks distributed 45 percent more food and supplies in fiscal
year 2012 than they did in 2009, at the height of the recession, the
Ohio Association of Foodbanks said.
The 164 million pounds of food distributed to pantries and other
charities by the food banks in the past year was an alarming increase,
officials said. That matches the trend of greater "food insecurity" in
Ohio, which is also growing throughout the country, they said.
From 2009-2011, an average of 15.5 percent of Ohio households were
"food insecure," which means they did not have enough access to food at
some point during the year. That was an increase of 6.4 percentage
points from 1999-2001.
"We're limited," Lisa Hamler-Fugitt, executive director of the Ohio
Association of Foodbanks, told the Dayton Daily News for a story
published Friday. "The pounds (distributed) are up, and the number of
people is up, as well. About half of the folks we serve are hitting
emergencies that were unexpected, and they're taking money out of their
food budgets to serve other needs."
The amount of food distributed by Ohio's food banks has increased
steadily in recent fiscal years - from 113 million pounds in 2009 to 141
million in 2010, 150 million in 2011, and 164 million 2012.
Green shoots!
I didn't realize how bright america's future is: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2012-1...elayed-release.
Only 1/6 in the us is in the virtual electronic food line. From all the pessimism on this site, I would have thought it was 1/5. Gee Jordan, you are right, time for optimism!!!
The future , for most, will be shit , I did not even get my Magic 8 Ball out for that.
