Excellent video!!!!!
Some quotes from Massie:
Once again, the deep state which has prevented us from having more than a two party political system in this country for years, continues the illusion that we have choices between Dems and Neocons, when the end results are always the same.....Quote:
As long as the President signs bills to enrich the states, they're going to keep destroying their own economy.
So he can keep telling them to open their state up, but if he signs a bill that bails them out, they're not going to open it up.
They're just going to wait for another bail out.
I'll tell you one other fundamental shift here, Daniel, is that these $600 payments per week. If you work 40 hours a week, it pays $15.00 an hour to stay home instead of going to work.
So they instantly, using this crisis, got a $15 minimum wage, but its also a $2400 a month minimum basic income.
Because whether you work or not, unless you're an entrepreneur by the way, which can't qualify for the unemployment or the bail outs that are going to the companies, you get $2400 whether you work or not.
And so that's two socialist things that were achieved. I mean only Bernie Sanders could dream of that, yet almost every Republican was okay voting for that in the House of Representatives on March 27.
Trump cultists respond in 4, 3, 2, 1......
Daniel asks him about this political campaign for re-election, and here is what Massie, maybe the only libertarian really in the House, said:
So let's be clear as there have been discussion recently where some have criticized me for publishing negative things about President Trump, suggesting maybe I should leave.Quote:
Well, you know, I am in pretty good shape. But it set me back on March 27th when President Trump tweeted against me 3 times.
I probably shouldn't say this or call attention to it, but he wanted me thrown out of the Republican Party simply for asking Congress to show up and work.
Um, no. These are the Ron Paul forums, where people starting coming in mass when Dr. Paul was running for the U.S. President in the 2008 elections.
Ron Paul is a libertarian. He does NOT support most of Trump's actions.
And Rep. Massie is also a libertarian, and long-time friend of Ron Paul, and Ron Paul just had him on his show, and Rep. Massie explained how President Trump wants him out of the Republican party.
So if anyone is not upholding the purpose these forums were created for, which was to support the views of Ron Paul, they are those who are part of the Trump cult, who continually attack anyone who does share their religious belief in Trump.

The Trump cultists are cowering in their safe spaces, trying to pretend that they're not in league with the wealth spread Bernie Bro socialists & commies. :directhit:

Now you've done it. You went and kicked a hornet's nest of Trump Cheerleaders. And since everything relating to Trump is only always the "biggest" and the "best," you can probably expect a swarm of those "Murder Hornets" heading your way any minute now. Good luck!
I am proud to join the ranks of such other distinguished leaders that are kicking this nest, like Dr. Ron Paul and the honorable Representative Massie.

No problem. As I have said many times publicly, I am neither pro-Trump nor anti-Trump. I am pro-Truth.
One of the things I loved the most about Trump being elected is that he was the first person in at least my lifetime that won despite the fact that the Corporate media had already anointed Hillary as the next President.
And I am sure dannno agrees with me on other issues, because I can tell you for sure that more pedophiles have been exposed and come to justice under Trump than any other recent administration before him.
I will support the good things Trump does, and call him out on the bad decisions he has made, and this COVID response is at the top of the list. He can blame the states all he wants, but if he wasn't trotting out these Bill Gates cronnies every day to preach doom and gloom with Fauci and Brix, guarnateed none of this would have happened, at least not to this extent.
The biggest problem now is he either hasn't learned his mistakes, or he knows about them and is complicit, as he continues to support the Big Pharma goals and keep appointing Bill Gates' cronnies.
This is bad, VERY BAD, and I will continue to call him out on it.
Massie says "Get the fed out of the meat industry so long as the transactions are in-state.
That'd be a damn good start!
Let NY and CA eat their foreign beef and get the hell out of the rest of our lives. Just don't charge us for their oversight.
Looks like the moderators had to mettle again. This thread was inappropriately titled because there is only a few short minutes in this video on the topic of "beef."
Geez, we should be able to split off separate topics ourselves so the titles more accurately describe the content. And so now we're stuck with double posts....
Extremely disappointing. At the 11:16 mark, Massie talks about polling his Republican constituents about the $2 trillion Stimulus/Bailout. The vast majority of Republicans supported it. Insane. It seems that the socialists and Communists have succeeded in moving the entire playing field far to the left.
Or you can ask Massie himself, as he stated it several times both before and after the tweets occurred. I guess I pay far more attention to what he says that you do.
The other thing I noticed is that in the OP, the first quote Massie was talking about, is a bill, that Trump is going to veto if it even gets to his desk.
I think they supported the small business loans and the payments that were made to help offset the state governments shutting down the economy, that doesn't mean they supported it in it's entirety.
I'll bet if you polled them and asked if they would have preferred the economy not get shut down and no bailout, most probably would have preferred that.
