Still got nothing but insults. I used to expect better from you. And get a thesaurus. You don't need to use "patently" in every post.

Sorry, brother, but it’s hilarious to see you accusing others of lacking “critical thinking skills” when it’s patently obvious from your last post (#93) that your own position is based quite firmly in fear, and not at all the result of reason or “critical thinking.” It would probably be best to keep your accusations to yourself until you get that fear under control. Just a friendly suggestion.

In his interview with Tucker, Elon talks a lot about AI too. Elon even said: "If Trump Loses, This Is the Last Election! Do you really think the Biden Administration is going to subsidize me?"

Honestly, if full-on fascism is what it took to prevent one world government, it'd be worth it. I'm open to reasonable ideas here to prevent it. "Ending free trade" seems like a reasonable idea to me. Historically, it's been done before - and with success. It's straight forward to implement. And all else considered, the costs are pretty low. I get you like free trade. I like free trade too. But this idea that free trade is universally good is based on fanaticism and not science or logic. I like freedom. I like the freedom to buy cheap shit from China. But what I really like, is not having a one world government.

I saw this a couple days ago and didn't know what to make of it because the claim seems so outrageous. My younger brother the spy told me something I'd not considered: Biden has been shipping illegals all over the USA and there is no data available concerning who is where, or how many may be in a region. So when someone claims "thousands are dead" in the hills of TN and NC, it should not be dismissed out of hand. Honestly, if I had several billion dollars, I'd be donating to everybody as well. It's a trivial amount of money to me, and gets my foot in the door if I need influence with any of them. There are plenty of things to criticize Trump on (e.g. the topic of this thread), but I don't consider his polltical funding habits, personally, to be one of them.

Argentina’s new Artificial Intelligence Unit Applied to Security will be tasked with surveillance in the real and virtual worlds. Experts warn about privacy violations. Javier Milei in Rosario (Argentina), on June 20. Farid Dumat Kelzi (AP) The adjustment and streamlining of public agencies that President Javier Milei is driving in Argentina does not apply to the areas of security and defense. After restoring the State Intelligence Secretariat and assigning it millions of reserved funds —for which he does not have to account— the president has now created a special unit that will deal with cyberpatrolling on social media and the internet, the analysis of security cameras in real time and aerial surveillance using drones, among other things. In addition, he will use “machine learning algorithms” to “predict future crimes,” as the sci-fi writer Philip K. Dick once dreamed up, later made famous by the film Minority Report. How will Milei do all that? Through artificial intelligence, the executive announced.

Meh. It was brief anyway. It was just exactly as bad during both of Dr. No's campaigns. It's just that back then it was Obamabots worshipping earthly power.

by Joel Salatin Oct 9, 2024 With the national health crisis, food debauchery, and farm exploitation suddenly jumping to headlines via RFK, Jr., numerous people have offered solutions but nothing I’ve seen truly gets to the heart of the problem. Recently RFK, Jr. gave his recipe but in general, it’s yet another request for government intervention in these fields (pun intended). Capping drug prices, prohibiting research grants from going to people with conflicts of interest, and reforming crop subsidies to incentivize healthier alternatives all sound nice. Eliminating SNAP (formerly food stamps) from being spent on high fructose corn syrup drinks ($9 billion annually) sounds good too. Who can disagree with requiring nutrition courses in medical schools and demanding government research grants go toward holistic and alternative health approaches? All of this sounds good in theory, but how? Goodness, we now have official government findings that Cheerios and Fruit Loops are more nutritious than beef. Who is going to make the kinds of U-turns within the bureaucracies that such changes would require?

What's reasonable for an individual making their own purchase decisions, is not always what's best for the nation as a whole. As mentioned previously, I have proven this in a separate thread and I welcome any rebuttals. (here)

Dude. CBS just told Harris to her face that she wasn't democratically nominated. Biden just preempted her to tell the world that she doesn't know squat about disaster relief. She's being imploded on purpose. The actual popular vote is the least of Trump's worries. Are you kidding me? Never mind, can they really do more weather modification than to make a little local shower. Where's their freaking motivation?

I know you mean well, but I'd appreciate it if you would avoid engaging people like Sola in this thread who are clearly only there to be rude and derail. Perhaps take it to PMs or another thread. Thanks! ~hugs~
