Thanks for the tip, but one of the main reasons 470 was chosen was that, before it was put on static display, it had just undergone it's FRA mandatory boiler rebuild. The smokebox and firebox had steel plates welded over them to keep out vandals, animals and the weather. When opened and inspected it was revealed that most everything in the boiler was still in next to new condition

It proposes more firearm regulation via ammunition, and places increased responsibilities and punishments on ammunition manufacturers, FFL and SOT dealers, and every citizen who currently owns ammunition.
