Anti Federalist, you should watch this. This is more context on the "Magic Johnson is asking black men to support Kamala Harris" video. At that same rally the teleprompter went off (apparently) and Kamala looked as lost as Joe Biden. But more importantly this vlogger points out what I've been saying. Kamala, as a black democrat, shouldn't need someone from the black community to try to shame black men into voting for her. But note that Kamala hasn't said much of anything about the shooting of Sonya Massie as this same vlogger pointed out. Yes there was a brief mention of her, but not the steady drumb beat. I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. Note that at the DNC and in the debates Biden and Harris have been touting all of the money they've been giving the police as opposed to the "defund the police" argument they were saying back in 2020. And Sonya Massie happened on their watch. The last thing they want to do is to highlight the fact that they have't solved the problems they said they would solve. Really, what Magic Johnson said about Trump making promises that were not kept is actually true of Biden / Harris.

In my opinion, if you own it and are selling it, you can charge whatever you want. If no one purchases you are pricing your product too high. No person has to purchase from you. Buying from you at a very expensive price is plain stupid for the consumer. If they want the product bad enough at the time, then the circumstances must justify the extreme price.

This thread has shown the issue with national socialism and valli6 is a prime example. The Nazis loved welfare too and blamed people of other ethnicities for their failed state. "Housing prices are going up." Well duh! When that happens when white people move into black neighborhoods it's called gentrification. Everybody is all pro free market until it's their perceived tribe on the short end of the stick. Then you have people with MAGA hats on complaining about not getting enough welfare. Pathetic for real. JD Vance was a least honest a little bit when he said that nobody was talking about Springfield Ohio until the cat story became a thing because there was little reason to do so! This wasn't like the story of the Venezuelan gangs doing raids on apartments with long guns fully visible or MS-13 killing people with machettes. Besides the admittedly bad driving and the fake pet eating stories there was really nothing to complain about the Haitians that couldn't be said about the Ukranians or any other group that comes in a competes for jobs, housing etc.
