If the United States still exists in 6 years Thomas Massie needs to take Mitch's senate seat. That is unless he and Rand can take the Whitehouse in 2024.

That Dr. SUSAN BERRY has such little faith in the graduated products of the very educational system they once commissioned, speaks volumes. And yet more is stated about this "doctor", who does not even understand the distinction between those who home-school their children and those children who's schools have closed due to an over hyped SARS influenza virus that the media has done a superb job utterly scaring that shit out of everyone across the globe. And that the educational system as a whole has no backup plan set into place, in cases such as are now existing, or foreign invasions, mass-riots, and the like, further speaks to the gross incompetence of its myriad directors and boards whom have greatly profited from it over the last many decades. RUBBISH AND BOLLOCKS!

With the recent passage of the largest spending bill in U.S. history (through a voice vote, not a recorded one, to protect our "representatives" in the House) as well as all of the arbitrary designations of "essential" and "non-essential" operations by our state governments, I'm becoming more and more convinced that this Coronavirus pandemic is just a sleight of hand trick to hide what the federal and state governments have been wanting to do for a long time. I'm so reminded of this line from one of my favorite films, The Prestige (2006), where it states: I don't want to belittle the illnesses and deaths which have happened because of COVID-19, but I'm pretty sure our state and federal governments have another trick up their sleeves, besides their usual one of making money appear out of thin air.

People like Beck expose themselves on the weakness of their conservatism. They're in favor of big government and suspension of the Constitution when Republicans control the Executive Branch, but when Democrats are in control, then they're small government, Constitutionalists.

I now officially do not care if Trump wins or loses. Yes we'll get 4 years of Biden if he doesn't get overtaken by Alzheimer's first. But in 2024 the "we don't care how much of a jackass and RHINO this guy is as long as he promises to build wall, play to his base and be obnoxious to everyone we don't like" argument will be dead. No matter what happens in 2020, Paul / Maddie 2024!

Then Beck tries to justify not fighting back with his weak appeal to emotion, saying, "But we want to keep people like you in Congress, Rep. Massie." How does Beck think people like Rep. Massie were elected to Congress, in the first place? By the electorate fighting back against corruption in Congress through electing principled statesmen, such as Thomas Massie!

Remember the high number of deaths in Italy was based in part to the lack of ventilators. Clinical and design considerations will be published online; goal is to support rapid scale-up of device production to alleviate hospital shortages. One of the most pressing shortages facing hospitals during the Covid-19 emergency is a lack of ventilators. These machines can keep patients breathing when they no longer can on their own, and they can cost around $30,000 each. Now, a rapidly assembled volunteer team of engineers, physicians, computer scientists, and others, centered at MIT, is working to implement a safe, inexpensive alternative for emergency use, which could be built quickly around the world. The team, called MIT E-Vent (for emergency ventilator), was formed on March 12, 2020, in response to the rapid spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. Its members were brought together by the exhortations of doctors, friends, and a sudden flood of mail referencing a project done a decade ago in the MIT class 2.75 (Medical Device Design). Students working in consultation with local physicians designed a simple ventilator device that could be built with about $100 worth of parts. They published a paper detailing their design and testing, but the work ended at that point. Now, with a significant global need looming, a new team, linked to that course, has resumed the project at a highly accelerated pace.

You are the one lying jackass. I'm the one pushing for getting more masks. Instead of giving people $1,200, use the money to buy masks. They are available for purchase. I've been buying and distributing them myself, but I don't have the funds to buy enough to supply all of New York. You could help with the problem instead of being an a$$hole. I can buy masks for about $2.00 a piece that will be in from China in a couple of weeks. If I had enough to buy 5,000, I could get them at about $1 a piece. So do you want to be part of the solution? Or do you want to be an a$$hole? It's your choice. You can also start learning how to make masks. I joined a group that is making masks and supplying them to front line healthcare workers. I need to get a sewing machine. You can get one yourself and start helping. So, do you want to be an a$$hole or do you want to help? MIT has put out plans to make respirators that can be 3D printed for about $100. As soon as I save up enough money I am ordering my 3D printer. You could do that yourself. So, do you want to be an a$$hole or do you want to help? I'm betting that you're just going to be an a$$hole. But you could prove me wrong.

You said it far more better than me! The reason I joined the Ron Paul movement is that in a time of great fear in this country he offered an alternative to the "war on terror" that, had it been followed, would have saved more lives and cost less money. He was attacked by vile people who gave him a "Why do you hate America" response to his rational ideas. This is no different. Our republic, our very freedoms, are under attack through a different kind of fear mongering. It's time for other voices to be heard.

While I don't want anyone to die, even you, this forum and this country would be better off without people like you. So spare me your disgusting whining you piece of human filth. Some people are actually putting forward solid information like the OP which includes the fact that masks and other measures that individuals can take while maintaining personal liberty and economic viability work just as well as the draconian lock down which is leading us to martial law that you salivate for because of your authoritarian tendencies. I have no patience for the cowardice and the dishonest and you, sir, are both.

Not speaking for euphemia, but I think she's getting the "eight or ten people" based on the directive of gatherings of no more than ten people. That said, groups of eight to ten people could be virtually linked for the financial impact she was talking about. The body of Christ needs to be proactive within the framework we find ourselves at the moment.

Exactly. And you know why? Because a "Republican" is in the White House. It's not expedient to act conservative and do conservative things during those times, but as soon as a Democrat sits in the Oval Office, then, all of a sudden, it's time to hit the streets with the Constitution in our hands.

Rep. Massie, basically, just talked about why he did what he did and acknowledged that it has hurt him politically. I think from this, we need to organize a major "Moneybomb" for Rep. Massie because, rest assured, the Republicans will be using all sorts of dirty tricks to get him unseated, even if it means supporting a Democrat.

I think De Blasio included mosques, by implication, although he doesn't say "churches" nor "synagogues" in that video. He mentioned worship services, which can include mosques. But wouldn't that cause an uproar if New Yorkers saw Muslims attending mosque services, but the local authorities allowed it happen!

You're "preaching to the choir" there, my brother. I'm not worried at all because I know Who's reigning on high. I'm very interested to see what our Christian brothers and sisters in NYC are going to do to challenge De Blasio's decree about this. Hopefully, it can move the Church towards mobilizing against political tyranny, if by nothing else, attending worship against "Caesar's" decree.

Y'all know what's really going on right? It's a power grab pure and simple. Other countries are fighting the virus just as well with everyone using masks and gloves, getting tested, and quarantining the sick instead of demanding the healthy self-quarantine. And yet, when you point this out, some people (even here) are like "How many more people do you want to die?"

Exactly! And add to that a point 3. 3. The $1,200 bribe for every American to keep people from rioting in the streets over the 2 trillion bailout while the economy is being shut down could itself pay for the 3 masks, 3 pairs of gloves and gallon of rubbing alcohol.

I wish things were a lot more local too. I'm really not looking for a country of 300 million at all. I think that's too big. Those who didn't want to live by Christian law could live somewhere else and choose God's judgment over his blessings.

And while I do believe the BIble requires civil authorities to punish homosexuality, and with death as the maximum penalty, I don't think it would be legitimate even for the government to just round up people in a gay bar.

  8. Sorry, but you have failed. That verse does not contain the words "Grace is irresistible." You can interpret it that way, but that's not what the verse says. You had to admit there was "relational language" in the Bible. Yet you have stuck to your guns that there isn't a verse that says "Have a relationship with Jesus." Likewise there is no verse that says "Grace is irresistible." If you were honest you would simply admit that. But you aren't honest.
