Spend less time listening to Larry Elder and more time to Ron Paul

I really don't give a flip about Larry Elder. According to Ron Paul, blacks use drugs at the same rates as white, are more likely to be arrested, once arrested are more likely to be prosecuted, once prosecuted are more likely to be convicted, once convicted are more likely to be imprisoned. So at every fvcking stage blacks get it worse. That's the point of the First Step Act which Rand Paul and Donald Trump both supported. It undid the 1994 crime bill that gave higher sentences for the drugs blacks tend to use (crack) over the drugs whites used (powdered cocaine). Note that now that the opioid crisis is mostly affecting whites, you have more white people pushing the idea of treatment over incarceration. But hay, maybe you think Ron Paul, Rand Paul and Donald Trump are all wrong on this issue. Fine. Ignorant position but fine.

The argument is that masks do more to prevent an infected person from spreading the virus than it does to keep an non-infected person from catching the virus. For example, some studies suggest the coronavirus can enter through they eyes. https://nypost.com/2020/05/11/coronavirus-can-enter-the-body-through-the-eyes-study/ A face mask can't protect your eyes. (Goggles or a face shield can help). But a face mask will prevent the "spit while speaking" phenomenon that a lot of people do. I got a haircut while we were still on lockdown. The bars were open but, for whatever reason, barber shops were not, but I mistakenly thought they were. Anyway I was taken into a back room (kind of like a 1930s speakeasy) where the barber who was not wearing a mask, gave me a cut. I don't know if I just had a heightened awareness due to the virus or if he just spit more from being agitated, but I saw quite a bit of spit come out as he cut my hair. A mask would have stopped that. It just would have. A bandanna would have stopped the spit as well.

Meh. Controversy breeds conversation and apparently the idea that Rudy Giuliani is not a chaste saint with 100% non sexual intentions is controversial to some on team MAGA. I don't see this really be discussed on my social media circles even by Trump haters. Most of them are far more interested in Trump's tax returns.

Why not? They hadn't yet crossed the line where sex was a foregone conclusion. She had dropped a hint. (Pat on the leg and asking him into the bedroom for drinks). He had dropped a hint. (Patting her on her waist). Neither had said "Let's have sex" or had started undressing. The safest position for a man trying to get laid in today's "get consent at every stage" culture is to keep things ambiguous. It's plausible deniability. Compare Rudy Giuliani's actions to Ron Paul's in a similar situation. Ron was doing everything to keep his eyes off the creepy Borat character and kept his distance. Rudy was patting the woman on the waist. But again why this goal line defense of Rudy's character? Taking the video at face value, Rudy didn't do anything even close to criminal, nor was it even "immoral" by today's secular standards. Two single consenting adults neither of whom were in a serious relationship with anybody else. So...who cares?

Take it for what it's worth. https://abc7.com/presidential-debate-who-won-donald-trump-joe-biden-poll/7249440/ Currently Trump's performance is rated 3.5 as opposed to Biden's 3.0 and 58 percent thought Trump won over 47 percent for Biden. 93% said the debate did not change who they were planning to vote for as compared to 7% who's view was changed. 43% said they had already voted vs 57% who said they had not.

And ^this is a mature response. It seems that Rudy was interested in the young lady. Most guys would be. He didn't touch her in an overtly sexual way (on the butt) but the pat on the waist was an interest signal. But...so what? She's clearly of age (24) and there is no indication that Rudy was told she was 15 prior to jackass (I mean "Borat") walking in to finish the entrapment (I mean "gag for his funny movie"). It's just as painful to see Rudy defenders try to claim that there was no evidence that Rudy had anything but the most saintly intentions as it is seeing Rudy detractors trying to say he was a child rapist based on this garbage of a movie. I also see that Borat is at the top of Amazon Prime right now. The left is really pushing this crap. It's disgusting.

Eh? “ULC members must be lawyers, qualified to practice law. They are practicing lawyers, judges, legislators and legislative staff and law professors, who have been appointed by state governments as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands” https://www.uniformlaws.org/aboutulc/overview https://www.uniformlaws.org/aboutulc/standingcommittees Actually, that is entirely beside the point, clearly, the several states do in fact adopt the vast majority of their “recommendations”, e.g., penal codes are vastly similar from state to state; and states implement new laws that are all very much in-line such as with using cell-phones while driving—noting that certain states implement much stricter versions of such laws (likely as test cases or social experiments) as in California and New York, for example.

Considering that most of the Websites were developed through the tax-payer funded and CIA operated In-Q-Tel, they are public entities and must remain constitutionally compliant, furthermore, the majority shares of their profits belong to the public-at-large and not to Suckerberg. As well, there are very serious considerations that needs to be addressed regarding the mass data-mining and selling, transferring, exposing, and exchanging of such data that these platforms are engaging in.

While I'm no Ghouliani fan, I think he is a POS that covered up, mislead, and profited greatly from 9/11 and its aftermath; however, this thing is just dumb AF! They seem to have spliced two angles of the same footage of him tucking in his shirt to draw it out, and he did not appear to be erect when he stood up. Also, an article I read stated he patted her backside several times, well, it was her lower back area above her waist that he patted (and it was one set of pats), not the same thing. ...And she patted his knee and sat in front of him with her legs out wide pulling her skirt taunt so her crotch would be viewable to him, so what? This pedo accusation is dumb too, she is clearly not 15, how would a 15yr girl get a fancy hotel room, setup professional equipment, and walk around drinking scotch? Then also what about her degree in journalism to be interviewing him in the first place, a 15yr would have obtained no such level of education yet. Frankly, presuming he is not married, I don't even understand what the issue really is? She was apparently flirting with him, was an attractive adult, and asked him into the bedroom area to have drinks, if she is interested in him and him her, it's really no one else's business, (perhaps his wife's of course, if he is married.)

I wish things were a lot more local too. I'm really not looking for a country of 300 million at all. I think that's too big. Those who didn't want to live by Christian law could live somewhere else and choose God's judgment over his blessings.

And while I do believe the BIble requires civil authorities to punish homosexuality, and with death as the maximum penalty, I don't think it would be legitimate even for the government to just round up people in a gay bar.

  8. Sorry, but you have failed. That verse does not contain the words "Grace is irresistible." You can interpret it that way, but that's not what the verse says. You had to admit there was "relational language" in the Bible. Yet you have stuck to your guns that there isn't a verse that says "Have a relationship with Jesus." Likewise there is no verse that says "Grace is irresistible." If you were honest you would simply admit that. But you aren't honest.
