Ah gawsh. When the youngesters start saying youngster, it's probably time to put me out to pasture. lolol. I keep forgetting that we've watched people basically grow up under the tent for the past 30 years or so. But that's a good thing, I suppose. You guys would've had fun in the 80s when a feller had to pound pavement the old fashioned way. No Internet, no smart phones, no nothing. Instant activism was unheard of. Only radio and newspapers and if your letter got through to the editor and printed, it was a small victory. Billboards were the memes of the day. lolol.

Not necessarily. Read the details of both articles. 'Meddling' to gather 'intel'? Yes. (in BOTH McCain & Trump... imo the 'idea' was to help Putin w/ US 'relations' and insider knowledge & Manafort et al to 'make a few bucks'.) 'Meddling' to 'help' Dems? No. (imo THAT was how the deepstate 'played'/'entrapped'/turned Manafort's intended plan. The 'dossier' creation&leak TELLS us this was the case. THAT part shows the embellishment & 'entrapment' by deepstate funding&actions.)

But there would be a State. Capitalism requires a coercive force. Economic security requires a coercive force. This is fundamental. Another thing, Pierz. And this is just a little tip for functionally debating, since I've noticed that you try to do this quite a bit in order to sell your ism. And it's not just you, this happens every time we debate trustees of this particular ism. You cannot reframe the question or the terms of the whole of the debate in order to omit your ism's shortcomings. At least, not honestly. You will get busted and called out on it every single time. At least, on this forum. Every single time. Simple ignorace, of course, is an entirely different matter. We'll try to help one to understand the shortcomings of voluntary socialism if one is willing to objectively hear them so as to make an informed choice toward a functionl understanding of the workings of culture, government, proper man-to-man/government-to-man relations, etc.

Aw, geez. Why'd you have to quote me, of all people on this thread? Hm? Why? I left the thread. Firstly, I advocate for small government. Secondly, I'm intellectually honest enough to know that anarchy and capitalism do not mix. I'm smart enough to understand that capitalism cannot function without a coercive force. I've thought it through all the way.

Actually, if we stopped feeding the majority of crops to livestock that end up in the stomachs of obese Westerners, we could probably solve the world hunger problem. When you think about the massive amount of food being fed to those animals, it's mind-boggling. I agree that the poor need nutrition, but they certainly don't need to adopt the Western animal-based diet that is linked to cancer and other illnesses. As for happy and healthy milk cows, that is a lie that we've been sold, for centuries. Even on the smaller farms, the calves are taken away from their mothers, usually on the first day of their life. Why, because we can't have the baby drink his mother's milk, now can we? We gotta have it! That causes distress to both the baby and the mother, it's cruel and unnecessary. The reality is, most people get their dairy from the grocery store, so it comes from factory farms where the cows are slaves, treated absolutely horribly, until they're no longer of any use, and then violently slaughtered.

At the start of the video, he makes one small mistake. He referred to Targeted Advertising as "Demographics", which is now completely out of date. Its now called Psychographics, not Demographics, because the algorithms use very detailed data sources to determine a persons psychology in order to effectively manipulate the individual to buying a product or service or scam or whatever. Psychographics will examine things like Religious Preferences, Briggs Meyer Personality Tests (INTJ's and ENFP's, stuff like that), and EVERY possible source to maximize manipulation of purchase. Difference here is that Demographics target by age and gender and look at Groups, not Individuals based on Psychology. Just picking nits, but overall, he is right. Online Advertising is HYPE. The REAL danger here is when people start getting thrown in jail, interment camps, re-education centers, or whatever you want to call it for what those Psychographic Tests reveal instead of just letting them be normal ordinary good people. We arent there yet, but if you look at the strong reactions between Trump and Hittlary supporters, we are getting progressively closer every single day.

Big problem here. SCAMS. There have been scams that have been running for years that target the elderly. If the IRS is now gonna resort to private debt collectors, how are the elderly, especially those with mental conditions such as Alzheimers supposed to tell the difference between an actual IRS debt collection and one of those fucking Indian scams that try to call my house nearly DAILY? The authorization of IRS using Debt Collectors just screwed over a shit load of gullible people by making it even harder to tell the difference between Legit and Scam. --- Yes, I do believe the IRS itself is a scam, and Taxation is Theft. However, it is very difficult even for the most enabled people to fight back against the IRS when they have the power of the US Govt behind them.

You're assuming that vegans want all farm animals to be released into the wild, but that's not the case. Those animals are bred into existence, so what vegans are saying is we need to stop breeding those animals. Secondly, your scenario is unrealistic, because obviously the world is not going to go vegan overnight, and I think most vegans are well aware of that. It is a process that happens gradually. But it is happening, and I have no doubt that it is the future. As the demand decreases, so will the supply. And believe it or not, there have been a number of farmers or ranchers who have had a change of mind and turned their farms into animal sanctuaries. There are lots of videos about rescued farm animals who were lucky enough to end up in an animal sanctuary. I love watching these videos. :) I'll post a few here, take a look:

Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis announced on September 18 that the US will send more than 3,000 troops bringing the total number of personnel serving in the country to at least 14,000. (pretty sure 'personnel' was admitted 2 B 22,000 ) On September 19, Lieutenant General of US Air Forces Central Command Jeffrey L. Harrigian announced that the US has increased the number of deployed F-16 warplanes from 12 to 18. At the same time, the US is pushing an effort to transit the Afghan Air Force (AAF) helicopter fleet from Mi-17 to UH-60 helicopters. In total, the US is planning to deliver 159 UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters to the AAF. First few aircraft have already been delivered this week. Despite this, the Taliban is continuing its expansion in the country’s north.

Just out of curioisity, what exactly about "anarchism" do you disagree with? Mind you, I'm talking about philosophical anarcho-capitalism, not "anarchism" in the sense of no law and order of any kind. Were you using the term in the latter sense when you said you disagreed with it?

What distinction do you see between voluntarism and anarcho-capitalism, if any?

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

We are working on a community network that enhances the services, duties, and abilities of a State Legislator to affect the will of his district into law.

By developing a community caucus and integrating it with physical town halls and events, a new level of transparency will be achieved that will hopefully lead America back into the 21st century of Freedom.

Your help is vital to this project. We will need volunteers and funding. This is technically a "campaign activity"

S.510 Food Safety LIVES!

by GunnyFreedom on 12-19-2010 at 09:19 PM
Beware! Using a procedural trick, the US Senate late Sunday night unanimously added the Food Safety Bill back into the new Continuing budget resolution. It returns to the House in the exact text they sent it for consideration and a vote.

So says Jamie Dupree.

A major food safety bill that had almost been given up for dead was suddenly revived in the Senate late on Sunday evening, and may be ready for House approval as early as Tuesday.
