I don't see how he's exaggerated the events. You could make an argument that he's exaggerated the language/spelling/grammar they chose to use in their Tweets but the events are well documented by the scumbags themselves. The men in the video are massive pieces of shit. They are thieves who find it amusing to harass people. Fuck 'em.

I've dealt with dine-n-dashers. If they are known dashers, I wouldn't have even served them if they paid up front. As a matter of fact, my go line is, "Get the fuck out" before they even try to order. IMO, she was too nice to them. And, btw, some places make employee pay for dine-n-dashers. Fired and retrained. SMDH.

Personally, I'm grateful for trees, oxygen, and Stan Lee. Does Maher think people can only be grateful for one thing and they should choose wisely? (especially odd considering he choose two things) I'd also like to point out that my Hardy Boys books had some drawings sprinkled through the book. Not as many pictures as a comic book, but still. And how can anyone with a bit of smarts in their brain not see how witty and deep comics like Calvin and Hobbes are? Lots of pictures. Lots of wisdom. Also, just because a book doesn't have pictures doesn't make it more important or worthy of reading than a comic. I'll never give up comic books. Why should I? I enjoy them and buying car insurance isn't a struggle for me in the least since I only ever got one ticket in 1997.:monocle: I also use the word adulting. It doesn't mean I think what I'm doing is hard because I used all my smarts reading a comic on the shitter, it just means it's an adult chore I don't like doing. And frankly, anyone who would rather use their smarts paying car insurance than reading a comic on the crapper is someone who really needs some excitement in their life. And I don't get why he cares about me using my smarts on comics - whatever that means. Does he think my smarts are rationed and if I read a comic it makes buying car insurance hard? Yes, there are dumb professors who write dumb papers about a great many dumb topics. So what? Does he think we ran out of smart people and that's why the colleges hired dumb people to be professors? So people using their important smarts on comic books gave us Donald Trump? How does considering comics important inspire people to MAGA? What should be important to people? To me, lots of things are important. I don't want to brag but I actually consider a great many things important. :monocle: I actually think comic books are more important than Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton combined. Hell, I wouldn't even piss on Clinton if she was on fire. Trump's a toss up. It would depend on my mood and how much beer I drank. I would definitely piss on my comic book collection. And how does he know how smart average Joe was in the 1940's?

Perhaps the statement has gained traction because an association is built that White = Disobedient, and a secondary association of Disobedient = Danger to Minorities. Thus, the pervasive message is still yet the exact same as it always has been, OBEY, MUNDANES.

It does. Of course, alcoholics also think that "just one more drink" will at least temporarily fix their "problems". And it goes right back to Ignorance of the nature of Coin and Credit... so full circle. What gets to me is even if people hear that statement about Ignorance, they never seek to eliminate their own ignorance, and continue making the same demands that the "alcoholic" or "addict" (which includes debt) that got us in trouble in the first place. Then an Einstein Quote comes up.

It reminds me of clowns. *shudder* Oh, and did you know they make unicorn colors for your pubes. True story. When I see unicorn hair I secretly wonder if the collar matches the cuff. But still, it seems that a person who would go to such extremes with their appearance would at least recognize how fucked up they look and have a sense of humor about it. Seriously, this isn't some deformity. What bothers me is the second part I highlighted. What is this kinder more gentle future these folks have in mind for me? Socialism? Communism? Democratic Socialism? Not one of those isms is kinder or gentler than the nonaggression principle. :monocle: They're going to have to do better than call me a racist, white vagina shame me, or accuse me of being in cahoots with the patriarchy to convince me I'd be better off wearing pussy hats and voting differently.

Just out of curioisity, what exactly about "anarchism" do you disagree with? Mind you, I'm talking about philosophical anarcho-capitalism, not "anarchism" in the sense of no law and order of any kind. Were you using the term in the latter sense when you said you disagreed with it?

What distinction do you see between voluntarism and anarcho-capitalism, if any?

Yes, it does. And it will for a short spell, and then they'll go right back to it. Correct; Attack; Claim Victimhood - that is the M.O. They've admitted that Christianity is a warzone, and they believe that they aren't doing God's work unless they are sowing discord and reviled.

Get ready for phase three: victimhood, they are going to claim it.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Glen Bradley Webdomain Update 12/23

by GunnyFreedom on 12-23-2010 at 07:00 PM
We are working on a community network that enhances the services, duties, and abilities of a State Legislator to affect the will of his district into law.

By developing a community caucus and integrating it with physical town halls and events, a new level of transparency will be achieved that will hopefully lead America back into the 21st century of Freedom.

Your help is vital to this project. We will need volunteers and funding. This is technically a "campaign activity"

S.510 Food Safety LIVES!

by GunnyFreedom on 12-19-2010 at 09:19 PM
Beware! Using a procedural trick, the US Senate late Sunday night unanimously added the Food Safety Bill back into the new Continuing budget resolution. It returns to the House in the exact text they sent it for consideration and a vote.

So says Jamie Dupree.

A major food safety bill that had almost been given up for dead was suddenly revived in the Senate late on Sunday evening, and may be ready for House approval as early as Tuesday.

Glen Bradley Legislative Agenda Strategy 2.0

by GunnyFreedom on 12-19-2010 at 06:31 PM
Bouncing off the Liberty community, and given the death of S.510, I have refined the proposed agenda another step. I think it's now about one refinement prior to press release, and dissemination.

North Carolina Farmer's Freedom Protection Act

The basic idea is to specify via the 10th Amendment that all foodstuffs produced in and remaining within the borders of the State of North Carolina are not subject to Federal law or Federal regulation.
