Is it legal to defend yourself from a beating by police? Would they consider you defending yourself resisting? I heard the FOX news anchor say something like, at that point he was not able to defend himself. When you are getting kicked in the gut, is it resisting arrest to scrunch up into fetal position to try to block the blows? These days when a simple arrest equates to many charges, how is one to be arrested? There should be clear rules that are not open to interpretation.

They should add that tax in addition to any gasoline taxes as extra punishment for those that use evil fuel.

It is not the color of the perpetrator but rather their ideology that is racist. They should test him for COVID and if positive maybe the defense can use the he died of COVID related illness argument.

These days it is considered a victory to have a judge allow the victim to have the ability to have their case heard.

Complex mathematical word problems taught thinking and logic skills. A person needed to categorize and understand the entire problem to arrive at the proper solution. Being able to solve complex problems is a skill most people no longer have. People have been indoctrinated to regurgitate a narrative and demonized if they dare question it.

Gas is on when the grid is down. A person can use a gas stove when there is no power. If there was power and a person wanted they could use an electric pot to boil water or electric fry pan to cook. A few years back Gas was clean energy. Weren't cities converting busses to burn on natural gas?
