He took a plea. His lawyer said he was never shown this footage which is HIGHLY illegal. It's a Brady violation. He has the right to file a motion to withdraw his plea and have a trial. We'll see if he does that but he might just be happy to be out. To sue for damages under malicious prosecution he'll have to first withdraw his plea.
