In the alternative, Plaintiffs seek an emergency order prohibitingDefendants from including in any certified results from the General Electionthe tabulation of absentee and mailing ballots which do not comply with theElection Code, including, without limitation, the tabulation of absentee andmail-in ballots Trump Campaign’s watchers were prevented from observingor based on the tabulation of invalidly cast absentee and mail-in ballotswhich (i) lack a secrecy envelope, or contain on that envelope any text, mark,or symbol which reveals the elector’s identity, political affiliation, orcandidate preference, (ii) do not include on the outside envelope a completeddeclaration that is dated and signed by the elector, or (iii) are delivered inperson by third parties for non-disabled voters.210.When we consider the harm of these uncounted votes, and ballots notordered by the voters themselves, and the potential that many of theseunordered ballots may in fact have been improperly voted and also prevented 100proper voting at the polls, the mail ballot system has clearly failed in thestate of Georgia and did so on a large scale and widespread basis. The size ofthe voting failures, whether accidental or intentional, are multiples largerthan the margin in the state. For these reasons, Georgia cannot reasonablyrely on the results of the mail vote. Relief sought is the elimination of themail ballots from counting in the 2020 election. Alternatively, the electors forthe state of Georgia should be disqualified from counting toward the 2020election. Alternatively, the electors of the State of Georgia should be directedto vote for President Donald Trump.211.For these reasons, Plaintiff asks this Court to enter a judgment intheir favor and provide the following emergency relief: 1. An order directing Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger and theGeorgia State Board of Elections to de-certify the election results; 2. An order enjoining Governor Kemp from transmitting the currentlycertified election results to the Electoral College; 3. An order requiring Governor Kemp to transmit certified electionresults that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of theelection;101 4. An immediate order to impound all the voting machines andsoftware in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs. 5. An order that no votes received or tabulated by machines that werenot certified as required by federal and state law be counted. 6. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia Secretary of StateRule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 violates the Electors and Elections Clause,U.S. CONST. art. I, § 4; 7. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia’s failed system ofsignature verification violates the Electors and Elections Clause byworking a de facto abolition of the signature verificationrequirement; 8. A declaratory judgment declaring that current certified electionresults violates the Due Process Clause, U.S. CONST. Amend. XIV; 9. A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballotfraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statisticallyvalid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absenteeballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if therecount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligibleabsentee ballots were counted;102

The Georgia Supreme Court has madeclear that Plaintiffs need not show how the voters would have voted if their ballots had been regular. only had to show that there were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result.” See OCGA § 21-2-520 etseq., Mead v. Sheffield, 278 Ga. 268, 272, 601 S.E.2d 99, 102 (1994) theSupreme Court invalidated an election, and ordered a new election because itfound that,Thus, t was not incumbent upon to show how the voters would have voted if their ballots hadbeen regular. He only had to show that there were enough irregularballots to place in doubt the result. He succeeded in that task.

I read the Complaint. If people want to say no evidence they are not reading what I am reading. There is established law outlined and then there is proof that the law was broken. Trump lost by less than 13,000 votes and they have hundreds of thousands of issues. All that is necessary according to law is to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the election. I think Sidney Powell did more than that. Furthermore, much of what she said is applicable in other states. If a judge rules against this they rule against established law. No way to dismiss this as conspiracy theory.

I saw that. What FB, Google and Twitter are doing is a violation of the Sherman anti-trust act. They can be civilly and criminally sued for that regardless of CDA 230 immunity.

It's got nothing to do with my "personal philosophy" and everything to do with my personal knowledge. I know good people and a$$holes on both sides. Antifa made their big debut after the "tiki torch" neo Nazi rally. One side burns people in ditches (the far right) which is worse than burning buildings.

Not surprising. But it's so much easier to just say they hate freedom. I will add to this that Trump did a much better job in the second debate explaining reasons why people should vote for him as opposed to the first debate where it seemed his only strategy was to try to get Joe to blow a gasket. But that's what happens when you let Chris Christie do your debate prep (first debate). The second debate Trump skipped the debate prep. Chris Christie was a saboteur.

Trump rewards people loyal to him. Don't get me wrong. Flynn got railroaded. But he was also helpful to Trump. Snowden and Assange were merely helpful to the cause of freedom. No pardon for them. Rittenhouse will likely end up with the gun charge and that's about it. I personally think that the adults over his militia should be charged with endangering a minor. There is no reason he should have been on the ground by himself. But that's just my opinion.

Your bullshyt opinion. The Governor Whitmere plot had a$$holes from the left and the right in on it. Some where "anarchists." Some were "Watchmen Wolverine militia." They planned to have public executions of politicians they disagreed with. An alternative plan was to burn down the entire statehouse. Ignore the facts all you want. I don't fvcking care at this point.

Attorney Lin Wood filed an emergency motion for expedited review for opening brief in the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Lin Wood’s case in Georgia is far from over. Sorry but ^this is total horshyt and a major part of what is wrong with this country. About 5% of Trump voters want everybody on the left dead and about 5% of Biden voters want everybody on the right dead. The much bigger proportion of Trump voters falsely believes that its all the Biden voters that want them dead and a much bigger proportion of Biden voters think believes that all of the Trump voters want them dead. All of y'all are wrong as hell. "OMG! The Proud Boys are gonna come get us! Trump said stand down and stand by." Versus "OMG! Antifa and BLM are going to come get us. Kamala Harris said keep protesting after the election." Y'all are exact mirror images of each other and it's sad. Worse it's sickening. Once you realize that most of "them" are just as afraid of YOU as you are of "them" and that many of "them" voted out of fear of Trump just like you voted out of fear of Biden then it becomes painfully obvious how you and them are being manipulated. Edit: I wish I could just magically zap the 5% of murderous radicals on both sides off to their own "secret wars" planet where they could kill each other off and leave the rest of us alone.
