What was the wording in the last year? Something like Biden is an old forgetful guy that is not capable of standing trial. If he can't stand trial how can he pardon people?

Maybe Trump will declare Biden illegitimate President via Executive order and resend all pardons.

This one is pretty much borderline in my view. When you look at society or watch videos of kids beating others or whatever, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that the person could have a weapon or could flee. Obviously she matched a description. Without a doubt she matched a description. It wasn't very long and she was let go. I wouldn't want to be that police chief. One day he would be criticized because his officers had the suspect in custody and didn't detain them or cuff them. It is a balancing act. The first video it was extremely obvious they had the wrong person. Even before initial contact. Straight up you can demonize me for what I said here but, in my opinion that could have been way worse. In the case of liberty pursuit I would call this bottom feeding. Obviously the lawyer wants to make it seem like a total injustice. Would you want to be a cop under those situations? I wouldn't. Of all the video's I have watched over the years where the police are arguing they followed procedure, I would be less inclined to demonize those cops or that captain. Much more flagrant abuse in first video. What this comes down to was whether or not the handcuffs were extreme. I don't know. In this leftist society with people getting beaten and stabbed and who knows what else and kids committing extremely violent crimes, this seems pretty harmless. This is not a grandma getting beaten and or tased over a faulty blinker stop. She was let go in a few minutes. If this is extreme police abuse, nobody would be a cop or want to be in charge of cops. I see videos of little kids like 5 years old punching and verbally abusing parents or strangers. There is no respect or values. There is no doubt when they arrest Mother Teresa they look bad and when they let the murder/rapist go they look bad. If there are going to be police, how would anyone expect them to respond in a situation like that in 2025 society? That was very mild. This is not somebody getting beaten to death over selling loose cigarettes.

Certainly will discourage poultry & egg business ventures. I know for years they have been cracking down on people with chickens. I am sure this is just more reason to do so. Anybody that thinks they will just raise their own chickens and have eggs better think again. My suspicion is this is the way to take away the perfect food that was not so expensive and raise the price beyond what people can afford. Eggs will no longer be a simple, inexpensive, wholesome meal that anyone can have.

The problem is not the news fake or not. The problem is Courts and judgements. People are being conditioned to not say anything.

I was watching the Buffalo Denver game and an advertisement came on for American Red Cross regarding relief for the victims of the fire. Why would anyone donate if the Federal Government has already promised 100%?

If I remember correctly many child dentists promote and encourage flouride treatments for children.

My Guess is that most everyone in the path of destruction were all for saving the smelt. Monday morning quarterback is all well and fine but, If I lived next to a forest that never cleared dead wood, I would be concerned about wildfires. The lack of water and issues have been discussed for many years. Not any different than owning a property on the coast that is below sea level or on the edge of a river.
