LOL That they're now calling the "The Thomas Court." Should have been a 9-0 decision.

All U.S. states allowed 1st trimester abortions up until mid 1800s. (See: https://abortion.procon.org/history-of-abortion/) The idea was abortion was allowable until the "quickening" which is when the mother could feel the baby moving around. Of course with advances in technology we detect fetal heartbeats much sooner. (Hence Texas' fetal heartbeat bill). As for the 9th amendment, like it or not (and I like it), it's there. I don't think it gets used ENOUGH. What right does the state, federal or local, have to tell me that I have to take a vaccine or wear a mask or whether or not I can smoke pot or hire a hooker? The broad "policing powers" of the state = a police state. The state should protect individual rights. That's why abortion is a sticky subject because at SOME point we're talking about an individual human. I do NOT believe that point is at conception. If it is then fertility clinics need to be shut down because most of those frozen embryos will never be born. But those that say "It's not a human until it sees the light of day" are misguided at best.

Some drag queens are actually AGAINST sexualizing kids. But their voices are being drowned out. https://dailysoapdish.com/2022/06/drag-queen-speaks-out-drag-is-not-for-children/

Literally looks like a cartoon villain. Edit: Read the article. Disgusting of course. And Firestarter, THIS is why I am not freaked out by Governor Desantis questioning whether parents who would take their kids to drag queen shows may not be fit. I get it. Parents have rights to do stupid stuff. And there are some things parents DON'T have a right to do. (Like actually raping their kids). I don't think parents have a right to let their kids dress up in drag and go and dance for tips at gay bars and let drag queens teach them about date rape drugs. And...I have a problem with parents letting their little girls dress up as Las Vegas show girls and dancing for tips too. This has NOTHING to do with LGBTQIA-Z. It has everything to do with letting kids be kids and not sex objects.

Based on your link I disagree. The third ground is typically interpreted liberally with regards to mental health to create a de facto state of abortion on demand, and nearly all abortions—98% in 2019 and 2020—are performed to protect the woman's mental health.

Well the official mass shooting defintion Anti Federalist supplied us with counts injured and dead. And it just has to be over 4. So 10 counts as a mass shooting. I wonder if he used one of those scary AR-15 "weapons of war" or the "blow your lungs out" 9mm hand guns cannons? You can best believe the patrons weren't armed. Being a gay bar in Norway.

The best thing that could happen is they make it illegal under any circumstances for a pregnant woman to abort her fetus if she resides in that state. That would be the natural way for crazy Liberals to gravitate to the Liberal hell holes they deserve and Conservatives to enjoy their own way of life. Why should every state be subject to wokeness?

Both decisions were based on principle and textualism. There is not right to an abortion written into the constitution. There is an individual right to bear arms written into the constitution. Really, the gun issue was decided back in 2008. I'm surprised it took this long to strike down New York's gun law.

For any woman that doesn't want children:Reversing Your Tubal LigationJust because you were anti-pregnancy when you had your operation doesn’t mean you’ll always feel that way. More than 14% of women who had their tubes tied have later asked for information about how to reverse it.If you want to get pregnant, you may able to reverse your tubal ligation. In a best-case scenario, the pregnancy rate after this procedure is 75%-80%. Success depends on several things, such as:Length and health of fallopian tubesAgeThe type of surgery usedPresence of scar tissue: In general, you can’t reverse Essure, the method that causes scar tissue to form via tiny implants. If you’re not a candidate for reversal surgery, you may still be able to get pregnant through in-vitro fertilization. This is when a fertilized egg is placed directly into your womb. This may be the best option for women over 40 who want to get pregnant. Women this age are less likely to have good results from the reversal. https://www.webmd.com/sex/birth-control/pregnancy-after-tubal-ligation

I live in Connecticut and often times I want to purchase something online only to find out that the suppliers of the item are prohibited from selling to people in Connecticut. If Connecticut has laws that make it illegal for "Do my Own" insecticides to ship me an effective insecticide to eradicate an ant, termite, or roach problem, why shouldn't South Carolina be able to make it illegal for Planned Parenthood to ship abortion pills to their state? If a person is pregnant and abortion is illegal in their state, any person aborting a fetus should be charged with murder by the state in which they live that has deemed abortion illegal! People that want to live Liberal lifestyles should stop infecting Conservative communities and move to their own Liberal Hell Holes.

She should get her tubes tied or use effective contraception. When guys don't want to have kids they get snipped. Over and done. Planned Parenthood should be pushing tube tying. What better way to go? Even if you've previously taken active steps to prevent conception, like getting a tubal ligation, you still have reproductive options. In-vitro fertilization. https://www.nyfertility.org/blog/can-i-still-attempt-ivf-if-ive-had-my-tubes-tied

This is where insurance companies come into play. Health insurance is generally state specific unless in the case of an emergency. People can travel out of state for abortions but will have to pay out of pocket. Good luck getting Medicaid, state run insurance for the indigent to pay for an out of state abortion. Maybe that digital currency thing will make little brother (states) spy on your illegal action of going to get an illegal abortion across state lines. Maybe they won't charge you for getting an illegal abortion but charge you with Murder when you return. Maybe all the leftists and politicians will once again think cash is good and should not be messed with.
