Was there ever an actual Alex Jones? Or just a fictitious personae created for the surgically altered Hicks? Also, if Hicks wanted to change careers and work for the CIA as controlled opposition, why not just do it as himself? Any clarification would be appreciated.
I give the liberty movement a somewhat higher score. The reason there hasn't been more sweeping change has much to do with the fact that there are only about 5 liberty legislators out of 535. The monkey wrench that these 5 have managed to through into the gears of the machine is remarkable.
But judges aren't politicians. Just because something is immoral, reprehensible, and unbecoming for a society doesn't necessarily make it illegal under the Constitution. I'm not very persuaded by this argument.
