A what was arrested? Pascale Ferrier, of Quebec, Canada, was the woman arrested Sunday at the Peace Bridge border crossing near Buffalo, New York, for allegedly sending a poisoned letter to President Donald Trump.

I'd say roughly half are. My reckoning is that roughly one third of adults in the US are Marxist revolutionaries, if maybe not in deed, at least in thought. One third are "traditional Americans" of various stripes representing everything from "middle of the road" moderates to people like us. The last third don't give a fuck...they wish everybody would just shut the fuck up so they could go back to consuming and sports and TeeVee. Right now they are in the Marxist's camp, not because they believe in "the cause", but because they were spooked into jumping on board. If "we" are ever to win, we have to make that third fear us more than they fear the Jacobins.

Blackened salmon and a salad - it paired nicely with a cup of merlot. I also had a pre-dinner vodka/grapefruit. Seriously, Kettle One Grapefruit and Rose Vodka with Owens grapefruit mixer is delicious. It's like a greyhound with a pedigree. This mixer is so good, I drink it without booze sometimes.

Indeed. And maybe if government did not impose a crushing tax burden on the average family of four, momma would not have to leave the home and work, instead could stay at home and tend to the children.

If you can't sit still and be quiet, you can attend a children's show - most concert halls have them. Or, you could go to a free concert in the park if you can't be bothered to put on a belt and iron your shirt.

It's cold this morning. Last night Mr A told me that if it doesn't warm up in the near future (as in by Thursday), he's going to close the pool.:cry: In other news, he also wants me to do something different for my birthday this year because it's my 50th. (I normally have an end of summer pool party and I think he just wants to close the pool) Anyway, he suggested taking me go-karting but I'm not really interested - I'd probably get a dui. The hoes at work actually had a great idea, though. They want to take me to play paintball. They were surprised I agreed because I tell them all the time that I don't want to see them outside of work but I would never miss the chance to shoot a hoe.

What We Believe Four years ago, what is now known as the Black Lives Matter Global Network began to organize. It started out as a chapter-based, member-led organization whose mission was to build local power and to intervene when violence was inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes. In the years since, we’ve committed to struggling together and to imagining and creating a world free of anti-Blackness, where every Black person has the social, economic, and political power to thrive. Black Lives Matter began as a call to action in response to state-sanctioned violence and anti-Black racism. Our intention from the very beginning was to connect Black people from all over the world who have a shared desire for justice to act together in their communities. The impetus for that commitment was, and still is, the rampant and deliberate violence inflicted on us by the state.

Crystal clear. The problem is two fold: A: a good chunk of the population wants exactly that. B: the other chunk who it has fallen to resist that, is demoralized, weak, leaderless and not sufficiently aware of the grave danger of the threat.

Excellent...carry on then. I did find it pleasing that Trump, at the campaign event in Wisconsin the other day, quite literally quoted Ron Paul word for word, in that a second Trump term would not see US troops engaged in pointless foreign conflicts, or US treasure used to build foreign nation's infrastructure while ours needs re-building.

Tone-Deaf Left Targets Beethoven Leftists are canceling Ludwig van Beethoven, who has been dead for 200 years. By: Andrew Moran September 21, 2020 The symphony of thoughts composed by the woke ensemble cast of leftists is out of tune. Today’s progressives are writing random notes on blank sheets to appeal to tone-deaf comrades in academia and the press. Instead of producing a new movement that would deliver standing ovations and demands for encores, the left is creating a Requiem Mass for decency and common sense. The cancel culture crusaders have put together another performance of the Theater of the Absurd by targeting a legendary classical composer who has been dead for 200 years: Ludwig van Beethoven.

And some of those guys, like Beato for instance, not only had the heart and soul but also the training and brains, many times years and years of practice and education spent at honing their craft. For instance, Dexter Holland of Offspring. Or Brian May of Queen. Geniuses of both arts and science.

Hey, check out Men Without Hats S.O.S (ABBA) cover. I love it. I know you appreciate disco so I thought I would call your attention to it. I went to Retro Futura last night and saw them. Really fun show. If they come to your area, go. You will have a blast. Mr A doesn't care for that kind of music and he even had fun. I think he was mostly just enjoying making fun of me for liking gay music but still...he had fun.

“Herd Immunity.” The flawed science and failures of mass vaccination

The oft-parroted sound bite – “we need herd immunity”- implies that if ninety five percent of the population can become “immune” to a disease via vaccination, target immunity levels will be met and diseases will either be eradicated or controlled. This sound bite is the most commonly pulled weapon used by the vaccinators, only second to “smallpox and polio were eradicated by vaccination.” “Herd
