This is interesting because usually you can say anything you want against public figures and candidates so long as it isn't designed to hurt their personal business. I wonder if this case breaks new ground?

He introduced me to liberty in 2006, before I knew about Ron Paul. His video series course was a game changer for my understanding of politics, government, and the Constitution. I wish more people had taken his course. When Ron came on the scene in 2007 I was instantly aware of his ideals because Michael had already explained them in his course. I still have Mike's signed book sitting next to me here at my desk on my bookshelf.

That's not what they are talking about. They are saying that anyone who sells crypto in the US may have to follow FEC regulations which are exceptionally burdensome and possibly even prohibitive in some cases. So in effect most Americans will not have an active way to trade most crypto.

I agree but the Feds do control the point at which money enters and exits the crypto ecosystem. How do you buy crypto in cash for example?

So Anthony went head to head in a recent debate with Mark Levin, the moderator. Levin, the neocon, was trying to pound Anthony for saying that the US government has no business being involved in the Ukraine conflict. This is something about 60% of the Republican electorate agrees with. Rep Sabatini is running for Congress in my hometown here just north of Orlando. While I was lobbying for Florida to pass Constitutional Carry the last year with Florida Gun Rights, Anthony was the one who sponsored the bill the last 3 years. We made more progress this time than in the past. But the important thing that I observed is that Sabatini was the only one in the legislature with a real spine. There were 2 or 3 who would somewhat stick their necks out there but not to the extent that Sabatini would. While I don't agree with Anthony on everything the reality is that he could very well be the next Thomas Massie if he gets elected. He will stand firm, vote right, and call out the bad Republicans on their nonsense.
