So, your fallback is to post an insulting remark. What does your post have to do with the subject of the thread? Are you still waiting for your talking points on this subject to be supplied to you by our nation's Fifth Column leaders? JWK

Give it a freaken break. Your anarchist responses have nothing to do with the subject of the thread. It's getting old and tired to constantly see you show up in a thread only to blather on and on how you despise our constitutionally limited system of government. Take a chill pill. or get a medical marijuana prescription, which may help you chill out. JWK

So, your version of being serious embraces the absurd assertion that "the Constitution is doing exactly what it was meant to do- install a bunch of elites to a strong central government"? If that is true, then why did our founders explicitly adopt the Tenth Amendment? JWK

Actually, I thought discussing the legitimacy of California's law, and its AG enforcing such a law, would make for an interesting discussion. I never thought State elected public servants would take it upon themselves to impose their personal sense of fairness, justice or reasonableness as the "rule of law". "The public welfare demands that constitutional cases must be decided according to the terms of the Constitution itself, and not according to judges' views of fairness, reasonableness, or justice." -- Justice Hugo L. Black ( U.S. Supreme Court Justice, 1886 - 1971) Source: Lecture, Columbia University, 1968

Yes, that is correct. Jesus was please with two out of the 7. Smyrna (Revelation 2) and Philadelphia (Revelation 3). They both taught about the Kenites and the Synagogue of Satan as was prefaced in John 8:44.

In a PRESS CONFERENCE this past Thursday, California’s Attorney General said “Regardless of what the rumors are, the law is the law, the Constitution is the Constitution and people have rights.” I, and many others across the United States of America, see illegal immigration as destructive to the general welfare of the United States, and want all the actors who violate existing immigration law, PUNISHED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW! And this especially applies to those who hold an office of public trust who knowingly and willingly engage in the felonious act of harboring, which is exactly what AG Xavier Becerra is engaged in. It is bad enough when ordinary American citizens flaunt immigration law for their personal gain or interests. But when those who have taken an oath to support our Constitution and those laws made in pursuance thereof break the law, the door to anarchy has been opened and threatens the very system of government we live under. In Federalist Paper No. 47, Madison wrote: "The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny."

Only in your foolish anarchist mind. JWK American citizens are sick and tired of being made into tax-slaves to finance a maternity ward for the poverty stricken populations of other countries who invade America’s borders to give birth.

Astronomy professor is suspended after terrified students called police when he covered his face and ranted about links between Islam and the stars while clutching the Quran By Ariel Zilber For Dailymail.com PUBLISHED: 11:02 EST, 19 January 2018 A Texas astronomy professor has been suspended after his students fled his lecturer in terror when he covered his face and started incoherently lecturing about Islam. Scared students at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth called the police after lecturer Daniel Mashburn started rambling about connections between the Koran and the stars while reaching into his pocket. People in the class said he turned up 20 minutes late and then turned off the lights. At the time, he was wearing a baseball cap, a toboggan (knit cap), a scarf over his face, and gloves, according to KDFW-TV.

Seems you are having a problem distinguishing truth and facts from Fifth Column media propaganda. Poor you. JWK There was a time not too long ago in New York when the able-bodied were ashamed to accept home relief, a program created by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1931 when he was Governor. Now, New York City and many other major cities are infested with countless government cheese factions from $#@! hole countries, who not only demand welfare, but use it to buy beer, wine, drugs, sex, and Lotto tickets.

You are so baffled with your own BS you have taken this conversation away from Adam's genealogy and avoided answering a simple question about it. Why is that? Because you cannot deny that there are two separate genealogy's. God made a covenant with Abraham to be the father of many nations, I have already pointed that out. The twelve tribes were scattered and went over the Caucasus Mountains and settle in parts of Europe, Canada and America which consist of the House of Israel. Yet again, you clearly ignored. Just a quick note: God is the Judge and it is a sin to judge people as you so aptly do. James 4:11 - 4:12 (KJV) 11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

The Devil is always hidden in the details. Although the text of the article I posted in the OP indicates a bias towards this surveillance bill being a "good thing", the real and probably gory details are in the parts we are not reading, the actual text of the bill, now LAW itself.

A Discourse on the Crux of the Federal Taxation of Individuals

After have worked full-ahead over the last two-months I have finally completed a massive undertaking that I’ve wanted to accomplish for at least the last couple of years. Basically, I compiled much researching along with articles I have written over the course of the last many years; revising, expanding, and cleaning them up as I went. The final result is the preliminary edition of what I have entitled: “A Discourse on the Crux of the Federal Taxation of Individuals”. I plan on actually completing

With lives lorn and lost, beneath imploring ash
Pith be the corps; newly banded, now entrenched
Tasking singly endured, for if a gloam more
