The sharing of addresses of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 isn't a violation of medical privacy laws, according to guidance issued by the Civil Rights Office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Still, just because a practice isn't illegal doesn't mean it's accepted as sound public health policy. Public health experts have questioned the value of the address lists, since infected people may be asymptomatic or not realize that they've been exposed. of course, if this information was hacked how might people react to those on this list? We already have programs to report people for violating stay at home. Once this list is hacked then folks peep out of their curtains and report their neighbors? Imagine if there was a reward for doing so? Call it public safety credit in your favor? Your social reputation score would jump! and thus loans become cheaper with a good social credit rating and you can afford that new car! Crikey,...if I can think this up without a second thought imagine what they deep state cray computer AI systems are doing.

https://news.yahoo.com/wisconsin-holds-primary-vote-despite-coronavirus-crisis-145648924.html Milwaukee (AFP) - Wisconsin held its presidential primary as planned Tuesday, contradicting a state-wide stay-at-home order and defying concern that the election could expose thousands of voters and poll workers to the coronavirus. Long lines, shuttered polling stations and workers in hazmat suits marked the most unsettling and confounding contest of the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination race: a vote at the height of a deadly pandemic. Democratic party officials had sought to postpone the election but were overruled by the top state court. The US Supreme Court also intervened, barring an extension of voting by mail that would have allowed more people to cast ballots without going to polling stations in person.

Thought I'd share. Some very valid points in this article. https://www.intellectualtakeout.org/blog/social-democracy-collapsing-our-eyes/ All of this can remain true without creating a revolutionary situation. What actually creates the tipping point in which social democracy morphs into something else? What displaces one failed paradigm with another? The answer lies with an even a deeper problem with social democracy. You can discern it from this comment by F.A. Hayek in 1939. “Government by agreement is only possible provided that we do not require the government to act in fields other than those in which we can obtain true agreement." Agreement No More Exactly. All public institutions that are politically stable – even if they are inefficient, offer low quality, or skirt the demands of basic morality – must at the minimum presume certain levels of homogeneity of opinion (at least) in the subject population; that is to say, they presume a certain minimum level of public agreement to elicit consent. You might be able to cobble this together in small countries with homogeneous populations, but it becomes far less viable in large countries with diverse populations.

If the government of China would let the workers strike we'd get a slap in the face when our iPhone prices double. But, then again manufacturing will simply go where labor is cheapest to manufacture possible from China to Africa?

Here it is. Aid package #4. https://www.yahoo.com/gma/pelosi-full-steam-ahead-crafting-4th-coronavirus-relief-182000510.html The coronavirus is moving swiftly, and our communities cannot afford for us to wait. House Democrats will continue to work relentlessly and in a bipartisan way to lift up American families and workers to protect their health, economic security and well-being today and throughout this crisis,” Pelosi said Friday. In the letter sent over the weekend, Pelosi said she wants to double down on the “down-payment we made in the CARES ACT” by passing more legislation aimed at providing relief to ailing communities. Pelosi said she plans to extend and expand on legislation that will further assist small businesses, including farmers. The legislation will also strengthen unemployment benefits and will include a second round of direct payments to Americans, Pelosi said.

I can see why. It got channeled through inappropriate chain of command. Were talking about being in charge of a multi=billion dollar piece of US Sovereignty which has major geopolitical implications while underway even in peace time. To let it be known that 100 (or so) sailors were sick tells our enemies that this ship is essentially operationally crippled. Also, that only 100 persons is enough to do so. This leaves a huge hole in the region where they were patrolling which could be filled by enemy forces, think South China Sea. Now, those who might wish to attack such a vessel in the future doesn't need hyper sonic hellfire armor piercing titanium diamond tipped dragon skinned missiles. Instead, they should detonate a viral cloud that a ship could pass through. Or, simply, infect 10 wharf whores in a port of call and infect the crew that way. Personnally, I think you'd have better luck infecting a crew with option number two. Lets take it one step further and coordinate a group of wharf whores around the world and do this in every port of call that all carriers go to and you could in theory disable the fleet(s), or at least reduce the operational capabilities. When I first heard this I thought, would a carrier in WW2 simply cease operations because 100 sailors died? I think not.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/italy-and-russia-spar-over-alleged-coronavirus-spies/ar-BB128mE7?ocid=msedgntp The Russians came last week to help disinfect hospitals and care homes in a northern Italian region that has recorded over half of the country's 14,681 official COVID-19 deaths. It was a chance for Russian President Vladimir Putin to exert "soft power" at a moment of dire weakness for the West. But Italy's La Stamp newspaper said Thursday that the 104-strong contingent of doctors and experts almost certainly included officers from Russia's GRU military intelligence agency. "Without a doubt, there are GRU officers among them," former NATO chemical weapons expert Hamish De Bretton-Gordon told the paper.

This is another step to the Global Government and currency. by expanding the capacity of the IMF — namely through the issuance of special drawing rights — and the other international financial institutions to rapidly inject resources into the countries that need them. Coordinated swaps among central banks can also bring liquidity to emerging economies. Debt alleviation must be a priority, including immediate waivers on interest payments for 2020. The UN will allow central banks to draw from the IMF and enslave countries by indebtedness.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/us-postal-service-could-shut-down-by-june-lawmakers-warn/ar-BB128O5w?ocid=msedgntp The lawmakers said USPS, which is a quasi-governmental agency that relies on fees rather than taxes, may be forced to shutter as early as June, less than three months from now. They noted that postal workers delivered more than a billion shipments of prescription drugs last year, and ceasing operations during the virus outbreak could have dire consequences for the health of people around the country. "The Postal Service needs America's help, and we must answer this call," they said. "These negative effects could be even more dire in rural areas, where millions of Americans are sheltering in place and rely on the Postal Service to deliver essential staples," the lawmakers warned. Americans are also counting on postal service workers to deliver millions of coronavirus relief checks — a process that won't start until the end of April and isn't scheduled to finish until September. However, it's unclear if it will have the funding needed to do so.

Good point, if they get us to report one another to law enforcement over COVID-19, what else can they get us to do to rat others out? I see the psychology here, report your neighbors because if you don't you are putting yourself at risk and thus self-preservation kicks into over drive and its me or them. Think about it, what other threats to the public health or safety could be used against you? i.e. People wasting water?

For reference: https://id2020.org/ https://id2020.org/projects#programs Energy Access for Low-Income Families This program, led by Everest and TNP2K, will provide a digital identity platform to members of 6000 disadvantaged households who qualify for government fuel subsidies. The platform is expected to enable households to obtain their allocated subsidies while reducing delivery inefficiencies, corruption and wastage. Objectives: Assess if, how and to what extent this digital identity system leads to individual adoption, increased subsidy redemption, and improved efficiencies in distribution.
