Yes, the 2 cases are not exactly the same but they are similar enough to draw conclusion from the verdict of the Edwards case but the good Judge don't seem to see it that way. Also, how about charging the 2 Trump mistresses for possible blackmail. Threatening to tell on someone unless they paid you off is a form of blackmail. Did anyone consider that possibility with this case?

Calm down people, one this only a proposal, they have also proposed universal health care bill that did not go away where and secondly, the No. 2 provision gives them an out to built lots of shelters which many homeless people try to avoid. (2) An ability to access the shelter without having to sign up on a daily basis. So when analyzing this proposal, stop thinking about average house prices in Cali because if the bill magically passes, they would just make up the beds with public shelter beds and not individual houses/unit apartment buildings

I realized when news of the country running out of toilet paper and hungry people burning food warehouses that this is more than just a country with a mixed economy having an economic downturn. The west wants Venezuela and they will try every trick in the book to get it, I just hope that the govt with their people be resilient enough to weather this onslaught cos the pressure can't last forever. Also some people do not understand the effect to an economy of the prospect of the US military invasion. It would not just stress the country to overspend on defense but it drys up any foreign investments people might want to make. I don't trust Putin as I used to but it seems like they have sent in some military help to Venezuela and I really hope that helps them ward off outside interference. You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to goldenequity again.

So Edwards used campaign donations which I assume is worse than using your personal money and he still got away with it. I think this makes the case against Trump even weaker. You would think a judicial historian like Judge Nap would bring up these points but no, he continues to talk as if Trump is in some type of real trouble.

I hate to say it but I have listened and enjoyed some of his music. He makes really uptempo, high energy, 2-3 min bangers that you can listen to make you feel like a dangerous gangbanger without experiencing any of the risks. You don't generally listen to it for the lyrics but some has sprinkling of catchy lines like Btw, word on the street is that he is an FBI informant.

I think this whole investigation is the distraction and unfortunately for all of us, this distraction is not going to stop them from f**king over the people. The only thing it would do is line the pocket of some establishment lawyers and give the rulers an excuse when to make when things continue to go bad. This is why I want this investigation to stop now, leave Trump alone to work him magic and at the same time deprive him of this reasonable excuse if things continue to go down the drain as I expect it to.

I still think in the general sense, both guys violated the same sort of offense. John Edward walked and so will Trump.

Well, John Edwards was charged with a felony for doing the just about the same thing Trump did i.e. using his personal money to cover up an affair which he did not report as a campaign contribution during a political campaign. But Judge Nap who has been very suspect lately ignores this very recent, similar case and continues to talk like the prosecution has something on Trump For anyone who doesn't know what I am talking about, John Edwards was charged with some sort of felony campaign fiance violation because he paid for the silence of his mistress with his money during his 2008 presidential run. And just like with Trump, the prosecution had a close associates of John Edwards who also had recording of phone conversations talking about the payment to Trump. Long story short, he was acquitted of the charge

I think this war is much of an American war as it is a Saudi war and that is why I believe the attempt by congress will fail. They might withdraw US military participation but the war will continue with other means. CIA, cruise missiles, NATO, ISIS etc one way or another the US corp will see the fight to the bitter end.

Anecdotal evidence inc but I know off an illegal immigrant who is living off welfare benefits she collected due to her American born kids. You stop many of that type of problems by ending the welfare state now.

Tax dollars aiding Saudi Arabia? those guys pay for their bombs and the US military services they receive. The even told Kerry that they would pay for every cent the US were going to spend if the overthrew Assad for them. The Saudis are no welfare queens like the Israelis and other moochers of US aid, they pay for their own shyte.

I did not say that I supported building a wall, if it was up to me ending welfare programs which many illegals find ways of getting regardless of what zippy wants you to believe would be my #1 option in reducing illegals. I think they would still show up to the country but the ones showing up are most likely going to be more of the type who are willing and ready to work their butts off. I am just trying to point out that walls do work, they have been historically used by public and private institutions to stop people movement.

I think Ron is talking about liberty when he is talking about the wall. When he says the wall is useless he clearly not referring about its utility in preventing human movement. And if he actually thinks building a wall is useless in preventing the movement of people, then he is wrong. Sorry zippy but this is just common sense,

Well, I guess Ron would be happy to hear this. This being that nobody is talking about building a barbed wired fence. The fences are usually built with steel bars with very narrow slits between them. They are not built with cinder blocks, woods or barbed wires. Ron was right in the first article you posted.

And there it is, the truth reveals itself. Ron also says in that article that the wall is going to hinder the American people as much as anybody else(read illegal immigrants). So not even Ron Paul believes that the wall be useless. You know why? because the wall is not useless, if completed all the way through would drastically reduce the number of illegals crossing the southern border. You continue to lose your credibility by arguing this case.

Are you tell me that we now have a wall in every single crossing point on the southern border and every body crossing now is scaling the fence, tunneling under or making a tear on the war to cross through it? if yes, then I agree with you, no new wall.

I want liberty too but continuing to make bad and easily debunkable arguments about the efficiency of a border wall doesn't your case. I am not crazy about a wall because I know that it works and just as it can be used to hold people from coming in, it can also be used from preventing people from leaving.

I am not saying that a wall is 100% full proof, what I am saying is that a wall would make it significantly harder for immigrants to cross the border when compared to no wall at all. Showing me an elaborate and most likely expensive one time use contraption does not disprove my point. And I agree with you that may of the illegal immigrants in the country came in through legal means but that is not what the walls is being built for, so why talk about it here?

Trump turns a blind eye to Sunni militias and terrorists groups streaming into Syria to try and wipe out Shia and other groups in Syria. Also the US supports the Turds, oops I meant to say Kurds who have also been reported to have been killing Christians in the area they control. How about the US stay the f**k away from Syria and let them settle their own affairs?

I just think it is ludicrous and/or damaging to one's credibility to be arguing that building a wall can be easily overcome with a ladder or digging a tunnel. If that is what makes one a concern troll then I am guilty as charged, send the forum thought police after me

At the grocery store I go to, they have a new gadget that allows the shopper to scan and charge an item as they shop. They entice you to give it a try by giving you a 5% discount and a reusable bag when u try it for the first time. I tried it once and I never went back to it, a lot of these human replacement scheme are years and years away from being widely implemented. They are usually very inconvenient and buggy as hell.
