Call it "poetic justice." Trump dodged all of the Republican Primary debates, because he was so proud that he had a commanding lead with Republican voters (in the polls and in the eyes of the mainstream media), and he felt that Republican voters didn't need to hear his positions challenged and scrutinized with the other candidates.
Now he lost what is probably his last debate to a candidate who, like him, dodged the public, flying high on the polls and favor of the mainstream media and would-be voters. Trump is an arrogant person whose ego got the best of him against a woman who memorized her script and played him by leading him into all the traps that Trump's persona couldn't help.
I'm against Zionism, not Israel because, theologically speaking, the Church is Israel (those who are covenantally united to Christ by faith and through baptism). So I am pro-Israel, in the Biblical sense of the word, not in the nation-state sense of a country which is Atheistic in its entire ethics, civics, etc.

So your justification for Harris being held less (read: "not at all") accountable by the "moderators" of the "debate" for her lies is ... an ancient and moldy quip that originated as a joke about politicians in general (long before Donald Trump ever even made the scene) - precisely because politicians in general (of which Kamala Harris s one) are so notorious for being liars - but specially repurposed to apply to Trump, but not to Harris?
Ummm ... okay.

The issue at point is the on-the-spot, real-time "fact checking" by ABC's "moderators" (LOL) which was applied to Trump's lies, but not to Harris' lies - not some after-the-fact article from an entirely different venue. The latter does absolutely nothing to excuse the former.

When it comes to influence and exerting power over the west I don't think they compare. But I do see your point on China. But we consider them enemies.
Not to give the U.S. or Israel a pass for anything, but I'm pretty sure there are quite a large number of people in North Korea and China with grievances about jackboot thuggery that are at least as legitimate (and quite possibly more so).
Of course, it's the jackboot that happens to be on your own neck that's always the most troublesome - but even so, of the four, I know which boot I would prefer (at least, so far).
That's a hoot. I'm not sure there is a country on earth other than the US where more people have a legitimate grievance that jackboot thuggery is alive and well other than Israel. As a matter of fact I'd argue people aren't nearly deranged enough with what Israel does. But Ok Boomer....
So then ... it's not okay for you to say or imply things that are not empirically factual (such as that someone else said or implied that New York is in the Midwest) in service to your "emotional truth"? (Or is it okay, but only if the first person who said it was not a "literal neo-nazi" ... ?)
