By Andrew P. Napolitano April 2, 2020 “If the provisions of the Constitution be not upheld when they pinch as well as when they comfort, they may as well be abandoned.” — Justice George Sutherland (1862-1942) In his 2008 book “Taking Rights Seriously,” the late professor Ronald Dworkin explored the origins and governmental treatment of human liberty. He argued that Thomas Jefferson — who wrote the Declaration of Independence — and James Madison — the scrivener at the Constitutional Convention and the author of the Bill of Rights — were clear in their articulations that the premise of America at its birth is that our rights are personal and natural because they come from our humanity, not from the government. Dworkin also recognized that government, which is essentially the negation of liberty, is only moral and valid when it enjoys the consent of the governed, respects individual rights as inalienable and interferes with them only after it proves fault to a jury at a fair trial.

Bill Gates recently stated on Reddit that “digital certificates” will be used to identify who received the upcoming COVID-19 vaccine. And these certificates will also be used to identify who can conduct business or not. Here’s how this plan is already backed by a massive organization called ID2020. April 3, 2020 For years, Bill Gates has been at the forefront of research regarding global pandemics and mass vaccination campaigns. In the past decade, Gates went on record several times stating that the world was not ready for a global pandemic. In October 2019 (only a few months before the apparition of COVID-19) the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (in cooperation with the World Economic Forum) hosted Event 201, a 3.5-hour table-top simulation of a global pandemic. Oddly enough, this simulation was about a novel coronavirus that would kill millions. About eight weeks later, an actual novel coronavirus spurred in China. This lead to some people wondering if this exercise actually predicted the spread of COVID-19. In response to these questions, a statement was posted on the Event 201 website.

By Donald Jeffries April 3, 2020 I have long feared a police state. Not the figurative one we’ve been letting develop for years now. I mean a literal one. Where they can stop you for any reason and ask you for your “papers.” Where they can restrict your movements, and your associations. Where they can confine you to your homes. Yesterday, this became an unfortunate reality for me and all other Virginians. Mayor Ralph “Blackface” Northam signed an Executive Order that essentially locks my state down. Police can stop any motorist and ask where they are going. If they aren’t going to a doctor or the store, they can be charged with a misdemeanor. For now. And those essential personnel who are still working have been given papers. Yes, “show me your papers” is finally here in the land of the free. Over the course of just a few weeks, America and most of the world has been subjected to a power play that rivals anything that George Orwell could have dreamed up. Whole countries locked down. People quarantined who have no illness. People restricted to their houses. “Social distancing” mandating that people stay six feet apart from one another. The closing down of virtually all businesses. No more going to the movies, or restaurants, or casinos, or concerts. Professional sports leagues and even the NCAA’s lucrative March Madness basketball tournament have been cancelled. All schools have been closed indefinitely.

I have been frequenting the local coin shops. Lots of customers who don’t don the mask/gloves/stay your distance. We exchanged coinage back and forth, I was lucky enough to find what I went in for. I stopped at the Sheetz for a coffee, all machines shut off until further notice due to the scare. So I went into Duncan Donuts directly next door and had a better coffee, nobody there donned mask/gloves/stay your distance. Yesterday I needed stuff for the animals. I nor the workers donned said mask/gloves/stay your distance. In fact I brought my animal in with me and made small talk with others who did the same. Today I drove through the McD’s for a coffee, the person donning mask/gloves/stay your distance gave me my coffee in a cardboard box so as not to touch me or the cup and asked that I put the money in a cardboard box. Once the money was received the person took it out of the box to put into the drawer, as if me putting it directly into hand would have made a difference. Not all businesses fall for the rhetoric.

The government did not shut businesses down, they have zero-zip authority. It is the brainwashed - brain dead people who shut their own businesses down, due to state-run propaganda. The government has no authority to shut businesses down. Government run offices and facilities perhaps, but not businesses.

Well, he has an “R” after his name, after all. The largest spending president in the history of this nation, democrats could only have wet dreams about. Convincing republicans that it is good to take private property and hand it to the Feds for other people’s ”safety”, eliminating private contract rights by making undocumented people “legal” to Fund the Fed, mandate minimum wage, and USMCA which is the North American Union and $15 minimum wage, International Labour Organization, etc. Todays republicans are yesterdays commies. But a bone here and there makes everything bliss. Because “R”.

I have been called a conspiracy theorist, now that the cat is out of the bag I am told that though I have predicted such things I need to go along to get along. Dry run, absolutely. From here it is going to get way way worse. Problem is with the younger generation, they can’t miss what they don’t know, so for them it’s life as usual and they totally embrace it, but for folks like you and me it gets way way worse. It’s not just the young folks fault, it’s our generations fault (don’t include me) who raised them to be stupid spoiled pu&&ies.

By Patrick J. Buchanan March 28, 2020 To fight the coronavirus at home, France is removing all military forces from Iraq. When NATO scaled back its war games in Europe because of the pandemic, Russia reciprocated. Moscow announced it would cancel its war games along NATO’s border. Nations seem to be recognizing and responding to the grim new geostrategic reality of March 2020: The pandemic is the real enemy of us all, and while we fight it, each in his own national corner, we are in this together. Never allow a serious crisis to go to waste, said Barack Obama’s chief of staff Rahm Emanuel during the financial crisis.

The globe does not embrace individualism and freedom, the U.S. is not an exception. When this is rolled out, the choice will be made to either comply in order to work, travel, buy groceries and eat, or starve to death in isolation in your rented box. It is your, our tax dollars, which helps fund the majority of these global socialist-fascist initiatives. At what point do we stop. Perhaps the better question is, when do we begin.
