No. You have the right not to download. OTOH, this administration is giving BILLIONS of tax dollars to Bill Gates' companies, we are in Nation-Wide Lockdown, Vaccines will be Mandated, and now there is an attempt to Monopolize using Bill Gates' social/business Platforms. This is called FASCISM.

Please share this wherever you can. Be informed. Don’t sign a consent form you are unfamiliar with. Hand your doctor YOUR CONSENT FORM, don’t sign theirs, that waives your rights to confidentiality of your medical records, waives your right to make those who administer your vaccine legally accountable for any malpractice (vaccinating sick people or people who do not respond well to vaccines of any kind, like people with diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders), and doesn’t disclose all of the adjuvants and ingredients in the vaccine (heavy metals).

August 11, 2020 . . . is the first plank in the ten-plank platform of The Communist Manefisto. It is also the top priority of the “trained Marxists” (their words) who founded Black Lives Matter, as was on display last night in Chicago.

august 10, 2020 by Ron Paul House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has proposed the next multi-trillion dollar "coronavirus relief” spending bill that will support testing, tracing, treatment, isolation, and mask policies that have been part of a “national strategic plan” she has been advocating. The Trump administration is not opposing Pelosi’s plan on principle. Instead, it is haggling over the price. But, even if the strategic plan could be implemented at little or no monetary cost, it would still impose an unacceptable cost in lost liberty.

A federal judge Monday ordered the unsealing and release of correspondences from attorneys for celebrity lawyer Alan Dershowitz and Victoria’s Secret founder Leslie Wexner in a defamation case that is likely to reveal more about the secretive life of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled Monday that there was no cause to conceal the legal requests and responses and set an Aug. 17 date for a hearing on whether the retail magnate Wexner can be forced to testify in a defamation case involving one of Epstein’s victims, Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Preska wrote that she saw “no reason for that correspondence to remain under seal,” and told the parties to file their respective letters on the public docket, which happened Monday afternoon. The documents show that Dershowitz alleges that Giuffre — who is suing him for defamation — is trying to extort money from him because of his relationship as a longtime friend to and lawyer for Epstein. And Dershowitz wants Wexner and his attorney John Zeiger to testify that they had privately settled a similar claim threatened by Giuffre. Dershowitz, who is countersuing Giuffre, was not only friends with Epstein, but as his lawyer was instrumental in negotiating a nonprosecution agreement more than a decade ago that absolved Epstein, his close associates and unnamed others of potential federal charges of sex trafficking. In a June 23 letter to the judge, attorneys for Dershowitz noted they had served subpoenas in June on Wexner and Zeiger, and asked Preska to compel them to provide for “the production of a small number of documents directly relevant to the central allegation in this case that Plaintiff falsely accused Professor Dershowitz of sexual abuse as part of a scheme to extort Wexner.”

Shame to see the UK just about gone as a car manufacturer. Or all manufacturing for that matter. Especially when you consider that, for many years after WWII, it was the Brits who made the world's fastest production car, the world's fastest production motorcycles, the worlds fastest locomotives, both steam and electric, and the world's fastest jet airliner.

NH is one of the most free states in the nation WRT to firearms, so what a lot of people in other states have to suffer through does not infringe on me. I'd like to see repeal of all banned/taxed/restricted firearms in both NFA of 1934 and GCA of 1968.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) expects to finalize and sign this week new rules about methane emissions for the oil and gas sector, including putting an end to requirements that companies have systems in place to detect methane leaks, senior administration officials told The Wall Street Journal. The EPA has proposed updating the Obama administration’s rules on methane emissions and detection. Last year in August, the EPA proposed updates to the air regulations for the oil and gas industry in order to “remove regulatory duplication and save the industry millions of dollars in compliance costs each year – while maintaining health and environmental regulations on oil and gas sources that the agency considers appropriate.” The EPA’s regulatory impact analysis has estimated that the proposed amendments would save the oil and gas industry $17-$19 million a year, for a total of $97-$123 million from 2019 through 2025, the agency said in August last year. According to The Journal’s sources, the new methane rules – rescinding the 2016 regulations of the Obama administration – would apply to oil and gas wells drilled after 2016. The new rules would also exempt major pipelines and storage sites from EPA oversight of greenhouse gas emissions.

Not like this would be, nobody is going to dare let it be undeferred and the longer Trump extends the deferral the more sure that is. Trump has also specified that he has instructed the Treasury to come up with options legislative or otherwise to cancel it permanently.

Exactly, which is why it needs to be phased out in an orderly fashion. Shifting it to be funded by the genera fund and getting rid of the tax is the first step towards doing that.
