The wall is also not so easy for traitors like Biden to eliminate as the agreements with Mexico and the Central American countries. Government has to restrict the flow of people to preserve liberty and national security, that is natural and part of the market environment, letting extra people through which increases the cost of dealing with them to make sure they leave is manipulating the labor market in favor of the rich. A wall and patrols do quite well keeping people out except for the ones we choose to let in. Nobody can become rich enough to start a small business and hire people if the labor market is manipulated to artificially lower wages on behalf of big business.
