Which means any time that isn't instantly. They are coming home, all the naysayers said they would never leave Syria and then they said they were going to stay in Iraq forever. It won't take very long to get them home but it won't be overnight either but Iraq says they can't stay and they are coming home just like Trump said.

I agree, a rebellion can't afford to be too choosy about it's members, you have to take almost anyone who isn't as bad or worse than the current regime. But what do you think of my idea that Trump might be the secret billionaire?

Since you have bumped it then we might as well speculate. If Q is real then Trump is part of a long running intelligence operation to MAGA, intelligence operations often involve deceptions so Trump's apparent opposition to Ron could have been fake and Rand is working closely with Trump. What if the billionaire was Trump?

In a ceremony at an ancient, ruined temple in northern Iraq, Faiza Fuad joined a growing number of Kurds who are leaving Islam to embrace the faith of their ancestors -- Zoroastrianism. Years of violence by the Islamic State jihadist group have left many disillusioned with Islam, while a much longer history of state oppression has pushed some in Iraq's autonomous Kurdish region to see the millennia-old religion as a way of reasserting their identity. "After Kurds witnessed the brutality of IS, many started to rethink their faith," said Asrawan Qadrok, the faith's top priest in Iraq's autonomous Kurdish region. Zoroastrianism was founded in ancient Iran some 3,500 years ago, gaining followers as far afield as India. It was the official religion of the powerful Persian empire for a thousand years, but the assassination of the final Zoroastrian king in 650 and the rise of Islam sent it into a long demise. However the faith did survive -- often in the face of severe persecution -- and famous followers include Freddie Mercury, whose Zoroastrian family were originally from Gujarat in western India. "During (late dictator) Saddam Hussein's rule, my father practiced Zoroastrianism but kept it secret from the state, our neighbours and relatives," said Awat Tayib, who represents the faith at the regional government's ministry of religious affairs.

The deepstate undoubtedly uses whatever resources they can to support ISIS but since it is now unofficial the effect is severely reduced, that's why ISIS is not doing very well lately.

Microsoft appears to have been really struggling to get updates for Windows 10 users right of late. What with advising Windows 10 users to install a critical update before any others to avoid potential problems, and then confirming the Windows Update Assistant itself had a security vulnerability. However, just days after the latest Windows 10 update, KB4520062, was released, Microsoft is advising that some users, "should not install this update," as it can break the Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) service. So, what’s gone wrong this time and who needs to avoid this latest Windows 10 update? Jessica Yaniv, a Canadian transgender activist, lost a court case she brought against estheticians who refused to wax her male genitalia. "Human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax," the BC Human Rights Tribunal determined according to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms which represented five of the estheticians. Yaniv was found to have "engaged in improper conduct" including filing "complaints for improper purposes." The Tribunal said that Yaniv's testimony was both "disingenuous" and "self-serving" along with "evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself." Jay Cameron, the Justice Centre's Litigation Manager praised the decision, saying, "No woman should be compelled to touch male genitals against her will, irrespective of how the owner of the genitals identifies." Vice President Pence said Tuesday that President Trump is following through on his promise to bring U.S. troops home from Syria and talked up the prospect of a permanent ceasefire in the region. Pence insisted that a ceasefire the administration helped broker between Turkey and Syria last week “has held” and claimed Trump’s own moves had paved the way for the possibility of a permanent ceasefire. “Earlier today, we received word from the Syrian defense forces commander that all of their military forces have withdrawn from the safe zone under Turkish military control and before I came here, our team was continuing in communicating with both sides in hope that a permanent ceasefire could soon take hold,” Pence said in remarks at the Heritage Foundation’s Honors Gala in Washington, D.C. “Those discussions are ongoing.” “Thanks to the strong leadership from President Donald Trump, we have an opportunity for a permanent ceasefire,” Pence continued, adding, “our troops are coming home.” “Now that our military and our allies have achieved our objectives against ISIS, President Trump is keeping his word to the American people and our troops are starting to come home,” he said. Due to the skyrocketing price of pork amid an ongoing shortage, rural Chinese are dusting off traditional dog meat recipes which had lost appeal until recently, SCMP reports. "Why not choose dog meat if you want some meat?" recommended a waiter in Wan'an county located within Jiangxi province. With many Chinese now priced out of pork, local supermarkets are selling rabbit meat even cheaper than normal at 43.6 yuan ($6.50 US) per kilogram. Those in Wan'an - officially labeled as a "county of poverty" by Beijing until 2018, are having a hard time even locating pork. The average salary in the region is around $353 (US) per month - around 25 - 33% less than those in large Chinese cities. As a result, "most pork vendors have gone out of business because few rural residents, whose incomes are even lower than the county average, can afford it, according to Liu Gang, a villager in Jian county in Jiangxi," SCMP reports. "It's not only expensive, but it’s also hard to purchase pork meat in rural villages," said Liu, adding "Many pigs died in nearby pig farms due to African swine fever earlier this year." The country’s live hog population, which accounted for about half of the global total in 2018, had fallen 41.1 per cent at the end of September from a year earlier, according to a survey of 400 counties by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is unclear how much further it will fall before it bottoms out. The Chinese government has instituted emergency measures to boost pig supply, trying desperately to help farmers expand production while scrambling to import pork to sure up supply. China’s imports of pork rose 43.6 per cent to 1.32 million tonnes in the first nine months of this year, according to China’s General Administration of Customs. -SCMP

A new bill brought by a Massachusetts state legislator would make it a crime to maliciously call someone a "bitch" within the commonwealth, the Free Beacon reports. Democrat Daniel J. Hunt (whose last name was surely a playground favorite) introduced "An Act regarding the use of offensive words," which would fine individuals $150 for a first offense, while repeat offenders would face a $200 fine, up to six months' imprisonment, or both. Section 53 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:- (c) A person who uses the word “bitch” directed at another person to accost, annoy, degrade or demean the other person shall be considered to be a disorderly person in violation of this section, and shall be subject to the penalties provided in subsections (a) and (b). A violation of this subsection may be reported by the person to whom the offensive language was directed at or by any witness to such incident. "Any time a constituent approaches me with something that is of concern to them, I follow through with it," he said. "In this instance, someone asked me to file a bill that they deemed was important and I thought it was a good exercise to let that bill go through the process," Hunt told the Boston Herald. Worldwide donations to the Catholic Church have plunged in the wake of sex abuse scandals that have eroded faith in the Vatican, a new book claims. The Church’s finances are in such a dire state – a result of a toxic mix of incompetence, internal wrangling and corruption – that the Vatican risks a default by 2023, according to the expose. The amount of money donated by ordinary Catholics to the Church, known as Peter’s Pence, has plummeted from €101 million in 2006 to €70 million in 2016 and may now be less than €60 million. Only a fifth of the total goes to helping the poor and needy, with the rest held in bank accounts or used to plug gaps in the finances of the Curia, the Vatican’s governing body. The revelations are based on scrutiny of 3,000 confidential documents obtained by an Italian investigative journalist, Gianluigi Nuzzi. In his book, Universal Judgment, which was published on Monday, he portrays the Vatican as a viper’s nest of jealous cardinals, warring departments and avaricious officials who are adept at parallel book-keeping. “If the pontificate of Frances fails, it won’t be because of the attacks of conservative Catholics or the crisis in vocations or because of the declining number of faithful,” Mr Nuzzi writes. “It will be because of the financial collapse that is coming ever closer.” The Vatican deficit is “like a voracious and insatiable parasite, attacking wealth that was accumulated over the centuries from the pious offerings of the faithful.” More at: https://news.yahoo.com/contributions-catholic-church-plunge-amid-184757144.html
