You are cherry picking the worst votes from his worst year (after which he quit, probably because he didn't like the pressure for those votes in the post 9/11 era) and ignoring and devaluing his far greater number of good votes on subjects just as important.
Again, point to someone better who is running or shut up.
With an 80% lifetime score he will be a massive improvement, if we get enough 80% class people in office their individual failures will always be a minority because they won't all be the same and will will actually make progress in the right direction.
Your record here is clear.
You attack every effective and overall positive movement or candidate over whatever weaknesses you can while pushing completely impractical alternatives which will only backfire and benefit the enemies of liberty.
