Moratorium until further notice. When we do open up again after throwing out everyone who needs to be thrown out then we only let in very low absolute numbers from only compatible cultures. I'd be open to special visas in some circumstances where we really needed someone if they reduced the general quota instead of being added to it.

Those where the overrides failed did not have the kind of overwhelming majorities that those he didn't veto had. Because he chose his battles wisely. You don't bat .400 by swinging at every pitch.

The facts speak for themselves. The majority (vast majority) are either commiese, or NAZIs, and are committing crimes.

He was only in charge in Constitutional theory. In current practice they are independent, and just to prove that they spent his entire 4 year term trying to undermine and remove him.

That is the law. It was interpreted that way until it was changed by an unconstitutional executive order.

In the 2016 campaign and in the White House, Trump periodically veered from his American-first, low-migration campaign. Each time, he and his staffers backpedaled to the center amid protests by his base. Amid the zig-zags, Trump blocked and deported many blue-collar and white-collar migrants. For example, he stopped the inflow of H-1B and L-1 foreign workers in 2020, and he barred foreign workers from jobs at the Tennessee Valley Authority. “He saved 200 jobs that would have been outsourced and then eventually offshored,” Kevin Lynn, the founder of US TechWorkers, told Breitbart News. Overall, Trump’s curbs on migration forced companies to pay higher wages and also invest in productivity-boosting workplace upgrades, such as slaughterhouses and factories. https://www.breitbart.com/2024-election/2024/06/21/trump-campaign-backtracks-on-trump-promise-of-more-migrants/ Watch what he actually does.

Trump did not start funding NGOs, O'Bummer or maybe Shrub Jr., Clinton, or Shrub Sr. did. Congress put the funding in veto proof budget bills and Trump tried to cut the funding. Trump absolutely made great progress shutting down the invasion, and he will do better this time.

No, I did not say you deserve to be blown up, but if we don't put in the defenses, including possibly minefields, the new regime you worry about fleeing will, just ask the East Germans about that. And I am desperate to save my country from the invasion and prevent an East German style government from being created. It has absolutely no connection to what I said.

Not in the sense we are talking about of being an agent of some shadowy intelligence agency running a psyop. You really are getting desperate.

I brought the relevant parts of the law about using or not using land into the conversation, used land is irrelevant by the definition of what is being discussed. Bunk.

You are a citizen and subject to the jurisdiction of all Constitutional laws, you were presumably born here and in any case you are here legally. They are foreign invaders whose very presence is illegal, they are not subject to our jurisdiction in their home countries, and they did not subject themselves to it when they entered our territory, they are outlaws.

LOL Desperate? I already posted things about the exact bill and you already named it, I just provided the relevant context about it in my response to your attempt to distract by attacking the sponsor about irrelevant issues. I already answered that from multiple angles.

LOL If Trump was a Fed he'd be one of the flagrant NAZIs like the feds referred to in the place you got that quote, he also wouldn't have done so much to undermine their agendas. Feds don't build a real movement like MAGA that threatens the globalist hold on America, they drive people away by playing the melodrama villain.

Neither I nor Bongino said everyone involved is a NAZI (many are commies), what he did say that is 100% correct is that the NAZIs are a strong presence in the movement. For a moment we will pretend that some significant portion of the protestors are not commies or NAZis, and not committing crimes. That doesn't change the truth of what he said. You can't say he is wrong any more than I could say you are wrong that there were NAZIs at Charlottesville alongside the majority of people who just didn't want commies tearing down and destroying their history and heritage. (the NAZIs were mostly if not all feds)

The child is not a citizen if the outlaw invaders do not subject themselves to our jurisdiction by following our border laws, that's the point.

Land that would be used is supremely irrelevant to this conversation. But there is no way all that land would all be homesteaded in any reasonable amount of time. You need to learn to read, Gates and friends explicitly leave it fallow wilderness, and they would have to pay taxes. (I'm pretty sure they currently have schemes to not pay taxes while used land is taxed) People who used land would not be hit with taxes and their land taken because it would be being used, and if government tried an abuse like that it would be a different issue to fight.

And that's why you put things like minefields between barriers that keep random little kids from wandering into them. You also put up nice warning signs and make a big deal of advertising your new border defenses so people don't even try. And the vast majority of the border is not border towns with little kids walking around and wandering across the line, it's inhospitable wilderness.

Trump's incomplete wall has made it much harder for them to come, that's why Biden has had to go to such lengths to help them across. A complete wall would do an even better job. Of course you want to keep a Biden out and keep the border patrolled, but a wall makes patrols much more effective, and even in their absence it helps.

If you are the kind to run you had better do so now. Because if the border is not secured to stop the foreign invasion going on right now it will be secured to lock you in with the army of animals they are importing. Flee now or get ready to fight and start supporting closing the border by any means necessary.

Being a fool and a hypocrite about supporting the IRA has nothing to do with the fence/wall. And I'm talking about the bill Ron voted for even though it seems he did not agree with the fence because the fence was not a deal breaker for him. Talk to Ron, he voted for it and didn't find the fence to be enough of a problem not to. Ron wants the border secured, he wanted to put the military on the border.

So, it seems he was wrong about the fence, but it wasn't a deal breaker for him. And that doesn't change that he wanted the military on the border to guard it. (the problem there is that a Biden type administration can withdraw the military or tell them to wave people through or even help them cross like has been done to the Border Patrol)

Even Ron says they are outlaws and don't count: http://archive.is/HW9aj MR. RUSSERT: You say you're a strict constructionist of the Constitution, and yet you want to amend the Constitution to say that children born here should not automatically be U.S. citizens. REP. PAUL: Well, amending the Constitution is constitutional. What's a--what's the contradiction there? MR. RUSSERT: So in the Constitution as written, you want to amend? REP. PAUL: Well, that's constitutional, to do it. Besides, it was the 14th Amendment. It wasn't in the original Constitution. And there's a, there's a confusion on interpretation. In the early years, it was never interpreted that way, and it's still confusing because people--individuals are supposed to have birthright citizenship if they're under the jurisdiction of the government. And somebody who illegally comes in this country as a drug dealer, is he under the jurisdiction and their children deserve citizenship? I think it's awfully, awfully confusing, and, and I, I--matter of fact, I have a bill to change that as well as a Constitutional amendment to clarify it.

Time to bump this again. Ron Paul's position from 2007: The talk must stop. We must secure our borders now. A nation without secure borders is no nation at all. It makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad when our own front door is left unlocked. This is my six point plan: Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals.

Government already claims most of the land and has a long history of giving it or selling it to their cronies. We already have homesteading laws that define land use or disuse, and how to define that is a different question. I'm the one addressing a real historical problem, the Sierra Club, Bill Gates, and their Ilk go around buying up land and locking out the public. You are imagining up a problem that won't happen where land that is being used will be declared to be unused in order to take it. It is fundamentally wrong to allow ownership of unused land, allowing someone to lease it from the government with an option to use and really own it is a compromise in case some rich guy wants his own hunting land etc. and to provide revenue for the legitimate functions of government. If you don't want taxes on unused land then we'll just have to go with you can't own unused land.

It's not there, and it's not going to happen. That idea has thankfully been walked back after he listened to some idiot like Ramaswampy and floated it. And while Trump did float the idea of offering greencards, he said nothing about how many foreign students to let in in the first place, we could let in almost none and only for degrees we might actually be short of, then the idea would have almost no effect on immigration, the job market, and demographics.
