It's not either/or. You get rid of the agencies and you put up the tariffs, the exact reverse of what the globalists did to us. And Free Trade would have destroyed the industries all on its own even without help from regulations, the regulations just helped it go faster. You keep insisting that Sauron's Ring (Free Trade) is a ring of power that can be used for liberty. The globalists created it and push it because it serves them and them alone.

You know why OSHA is still here? because free trade means people can still buy things from countries with zero safety or environmental rules and lots of slave labor. Big government like OSHA, the EPA, and all the rest would not be tolerated if they weren't compensated for by China and others. Why do you think it was Nixon who both created them and opened up relations with China? because they were two sides of the same coin meant to destroy our industries and make us interdependent so we could be forced into globalism and world government.

There you go lying again, nobody said anything about keeping OSHA. Your tricks get more basic and transparent all the time.

Germany was cut off from the food and other resources it had become dependent on overseas trade for by the British blockade in both wars. That's the position Free Trade and Interdependence puts everyone in.

It's crashing down around our ears in many ways and for many different causes, but the destruction of our industries that turned so many people into welfare dependents who vote for the Demoncrats to keep the welfare flowing is one of the bigger ones.

That's right, we have no enemies, the Chinese communists who are undermining our country in every way possible are just friends with a different way of helping us. Don't be absurd. Even countries that are not our enemies can hurt our ability to maintain our independence and liberty, and most countries in the world are controlled by the enemies of liberty and America. Cheap stuff hurts us like junk food hurts your health and and it has helped them build up a military capable of potentially defeating us in a war, a war they are increasingly moving towards and have always declared their intent to wage. Far better to treat every country in the world as an enemy for trade purposes than to treat all as friends. Do you have locks on your doors? or do you invite everyone in town to just wander through your house as they please? After all, most people are honest and decent.

Don't be silly, none of that matters as long as asset owning Boomers can save a couple of bucks to add to their spending of the kids' inheritance. Just like open borders so they can hire Honduran guys to mow their lawn for less than they could pay their grandson to do it while he's trying to work his way through college.

We control the volcano. Your experiment fails right there. We don't control other countries and they will use the destruction of our industries and our dependence on them against us, whether they are communist or globalist controlled, or both.

What is a truly miserable existence is to live in absolute ignorance of the dangers in the world even in an era where they are all crashing down on your head. That's myopic, childish, and irrational.

You cede the entire world to the globalist tyrants and then wonder why they impose their policies in your country. If you want liberty you need a "We" who do things differently in the area we control, in order to do things differently (liberty policies) we need independence, and in order to have independence we need to have industries instead of being lured into dependence on industries in tyrant controlled regions. Without a "We" there is no liberty because the enemies of liberty most assuredly have a "We" and each isolated hyperindividualist will be defeated in detail. The left accuses liberty oriented people of being "selfish", it's poppycock for normal liberty lovers, but people like you prove that in extreme cases they are right. You are so "ME, ME, ME!" focused and short term instant gratification focused that you sell your birthright of liberty for a mess of pottage and when people tell you that you shouldn't and that it hurts their liberty for you to do so you lay down on the ground, bang your feet and fists, and scream "It's MINE! I can do what I want with it!". I've got news for you, you have no right to destroy our independence and liberty and WE have a right to stop you.

There are other sources than China. And we can go longer without them than they can go without us. It's also unlikely that they would cut the whole world off 100%, that means things would work their way around and we would get what we needed to survive. But they would reduce their export income enough to accelerate their already rapidly approaching collapse.

They would have been had he crossed certain red lines. They laid the foundation from the day he was sworn in and kept building it until they installed Brandon. He didn't pay stormy any money, his lawyer did, and the evidence suggests his lawyer was using his money to cover up for the lawyer. He didn't "allow" Epstein's death to be covered up, the swamp had too much control, he was the one that had Epstein arrested both times and had his operation shut down. Trump was not being blackmailed for any crimes, he was in a balance of power that prevented him from doing everything he wanted to do.

Free Traders are modern slave holders, they just hire other people in tyrannical countries to manage the slaves for them. The fact that this reduces their countrymen to slaves as well is just fine with them because they imagine that they will be exceptions. The truth is that they will just be eaten by the crocodile last.

Free trade is the trap. Once your industries are gone the globalists can cut off trade to your country like how the British Empire defeated Germany in both world wars. Americans are wild and free, you want them to take the handouts and end up in the butcher shop or a farm pen.

Russia was not an exporter of advanced goods, it's easy for Russia to sell fuel to almost any country on earth not part of the sanctions. The people China would be targeting with any trade war are its only customer base, Russia already buys as much as it is going to from China.

Not only can we begin to produce for ourselves again, but we can buy from other suppliers, the EU is one, but Mexico actually sells us more stuff than the Chinese do now, and there are others like India as well. China will not be able to sell advanced goods in any quantity to 3rd world hellholes to replace our customer base. The will beg us to buy from them again long before we capitulate to them. And it doesn't help them at all that their economic and debt problems are even worse than ours.
