As I read your article on Russian 'awakening' and lagging behind the West... the first thing that came to mind was Ukraine.. the only thing missing was the 'business model' structure to it. There were many hundreds into the thousands of ex Russian .mil 'volunteers' crossing the border. There was also a very active, Russia based weapons-for-purchase market developed.. open and notorious as opposed to 'black market' or State run. (I forget the name... couldn't pronounce it anyway) This was their wake-up call (imo) and 'why' it may be legally 'evolving' now.

The truth is sometimes offensive, and always so when it robs the status quo of power. "Free Speech and the ability to tolerate offense are the hallmarks of a free and open society."

Try something a bit more fun here. Post trailers to upcoming movies that you might be interested. Anything goes, so it can be ANY movie! Yes, even giant shitfests, comedies, sequels, another knockoff idea, reboot, unoriginal garbage, or even something thats unique and truly interesting! Maybe even a Documentary? Okay, I liked the original. So I am interested in seeing the sequel, even if I only watch it at home... Super Troopers 2: Official Red Band Trailer So post a Movie Trailer to something you might be interested in watching!

Walmart (Sam Walton) and Bezos (Amazon) both get Federal Subsidies indirectly. Those low low prices you get are done so by employee exploitation. How many at Walmart do you know that work FULL TIME? They dont. Amazon? Almost exclusively Temp Labor that is hired by Integrity Staffing, who is owned by Amazon, but shields Amazon from lawsuits. The Federal assistance they get comes from Welfare, that the people get when they dont earn enough money to make ends meet. How bout Medicaid? Neither of those companies offer most of their employees insurance. A few get insurance, but most do not. Especially not the temp labor. Now, the one thing that eludes most people is how this is paid for. We always hear that "we" have to pay for this, but Ive never gotten a bill for someone elses welfare or medicaid. And heres the TRICK. We all pay for it, thru the Hidden Tax of Inflation. Govt "just borrows" the money into existence to pay its bills while looking like the "good guy" because no ones taxes go up. We're still paying for it, and its that price manipulation thru the inflation of money that made the Koch brothers their riches. Microsoft did get started by making a product. Thing is, when Bill Gates originally made his sales pitch to sell DOS, he did NOT have legal rights to DOS. He bought it off a guy with the money he made thru that first sales pitch. After that, their business practices have been nothing but anti competitive. Dont get me wrong, the diversity of Windows has allowed some great achievements in the tech field, but they have had some stumbling blocks as well. I like Windows 7, but can not stand the spyware heavy Windows 10 always online know everything you do horseshit. Im sure that Bill Gates never used his money to influence votes, or even have a personal army of Lobbyists ready to twist the arms of every politician in the District of Criminals, a.k.a. Washington D.C. for those that didnt get that part of the joke. Seriously dude, usually youre way more aware than this. I really expected you to have taken a much more libertarian attitude. What is up with this new Zippy level of monopoly worship, or are you playing my game of Devils Advocate? (to which I do admit that I occasionally do...) -----

Exactly. M.A.D.D. operates the same way as the rest of Crony Capitalism; manipulating and distorting numbers to put bias on where you want to shift blame. Its no different than a guy who chokes to death swallowing a whole piece of carrot that becomes lodged in his windpipe and blaming the death on tobacco because he is a smoker. Manipulate the statistics to say what you want them to say. Same way as Unemployment came down, same way as we have a Balanced Budget, same way as Tobacco is the #1 killer, same way as Global Warming, same way as money doesnt ever seem to go as far as it used to (because it dont) and same way they rationalize every single shred of individuality to bring us fully under their control grid. Someone please +Rep AF, Im outta Rep...

Its still shlock (a good thing). Death Wish was made by a bottom of the barrel company on a shoestring budget, and now its in the hands of a big Hollyweird producer. I doubt its going to translate. If anything, it's going to be pro-gun control, pro-cop bullshit. I bet the creeps are even sympathetic. I can hear it now, "we're not so different you and I..."

Listen for the fart at ~1:00 (its really there) This is one rung higher than rebooting a Chuck Norris movie w/o Chuck Norris. I wonder how many Cannon Movies will get a reboot in the next couple years. Hollyweird's become so cynical with their reboots, they're now reviving Cannon movies... Death Wish is pure action shlock; you don't watch it for story ******ry, the brand, special effects, or creeping political correctness - its a man's version of eating a tub of ice cream. (I am triggered.)

Washington Humiliates South Korea, Threatens North Korea Fearing that peace might break out with the two Koreas talking to each other, Washington instructed South Korean President Moon Jae-in to keep the message about anything but peace. It is not just Trump. A former top official for the Obama administration warned Moon that South Korea was not going to get anywhere with the North Koreans unless they have the “US behind them”. … The official went on to say, “If South Koreans are viewed as running off the leash, it will exacerbate tension within the alliance”. Running off the leash! Now more humiliation … During the talks it was agreed for North Korea to participate in the Winter Olympics … The two countries will even march together under a common flag, and future talks between the two are planned … the two Koreas have “engaged in the most substantive direct talks in years”. Neocons … are outraged … To Washington, South Korea talking peace is weak, running off the leash and going it alone without its US master. … In retaliation the US sent more nukes to Guam, and put the state of Hawaii on a full alert that a “ballistic missile was inbound“. The nukes outbound to Guam are real; the ones inbound to Hawaii were fake, … The US wants its chorus to perform the tragedy of telling North Korea to obey or watch 500,000 of their children die. As Madeleine Albright said about Iraq’s 500,000 dead children from US sanctions, “the price is worth it“. … The US continues to block efforts at diplomacy, and express its contempt for South Korea’s elected President Moon Jae-in … elected on a peace platform … Moon’s predecessor Park Geun-hye sang from the US hymnbook … and now she is in prison. Peace is not anything that Washington’s plutocrats want to hear … The message of the humiliation from US apparatchiks is that if Moon does not change his tune the US will try to undermine South Korea’s democracy with a regime change project …The US habitually meddles in other’s elections, and wants to keep tensions high on the Korean peninsula … Even at the risks of a nuclear war, which the US proposes making easier.

The "False Alarm" The “false alarm” delivered to a population of 1.5 million in the US Pacific island state of Hawaii on Saturday morning has laid bare the clear and present danger of a nuclear war. … The fact that this event is so rapidly disappearing from the front pages of major newspapers and is being reduced to a secondary story by television news is itself a disturbing indication of how much more is involved in the Hawaii ballistic missile warning than the public is being told. The corporate media, working in tight coordination with the US government, is in full containment mode. Monday night, all three US television networks broadcast virtually identical reports … the official story that the chaos was caused by the inadvertent error of a single employee. … The event and its implications are being minimized. No one is going to conduct an investigation and present findings to the public. There will be no televised public hearings before the US Congress.

Slapping an Israeli Soldier More Newsworthy than Shooting a Palestinian Child in the Face Israeli soldiers shot 14-year-old Palestinian Mohammad Tamimi point-blank in the face with a rubber-jacketed bullet on December 14, 2017, in Nabi Saleh … The boy had to undergo six hours of surgery and was placed in a medically induced coma. An hour later, Mohammad’s cousin, Ahed Tamimi, slapped and kicked at an armed Israeli soldier. Early the next week, after video of Ahed’s actions went viral, Israeli soldiers raided the Tamimi home at 3 a.m., arresting Ahed and confiscating the family’s phones, computers and laptops. Ahed has been denied bail and could face years in prison. …

Has Trump read The Art of War though? Clearly Kim is using the Olympics as a diversion in his grand scheme to usurp our democracy and steal our freedoms. While Trump and every bean counter are occupied with the games, he will sink Guam.

In Midst of North-South Progress Trump’s Tillerson Threatens Military Action Against North Korea Following up on Tuesday’s statements from Vancouver that the US and allied nations want to ignore the North Korea diplomatic efforts with South Korea and pursue new sanctions, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson piled on with a threat of US military action against North Korea. … North Korea has repeatedly suggested negotiations in recent weeks, and been rebuffed every single time by the US. … The US position, as stated now, boils down to pretending diplomacy is not ongoing and threatening to start a massive war with North Korea to punish them for the lack of diplomacy, even though important bilateral talks are in fact ongoing and … the US refuses to participate. This makes the position increasingly puzzling and nonsensical, as the US keeps threatening war despite positive developments, presents diplomacy as an end-goal while spurning every opportunity to engage in it …

Koreas’ Olympic Détente Upends Washington Strategy The 20+ nations in Vancouver talking about North Korea repeatedly heard the same message from US officials: pay no attention to the bilateral talks between North and South Korea, with officials suggesting they not be “fooled” by the talks and suggesting that nothing would come of them. That’s a problem for the US though, because something is coming of those talks. North and South Korea … made big progress in just a few meetings, agreeing to march unified at next month’s Winter Olympic, and even field a common team for ice hockey. Significant reconciliation on the Korean Peninsula seems to be happening, and it’s a big blow to Trump Administration strategy, which has centered on isolating North Korea and presenting the whole world, beyond China and Russia of course, as unified against them. If even South Korea sees the merits of diplomacy in the face of US talk of military action, the US unwillingness to engage in direct talks with North Korea looks all the more like the real aberration …

I don't know what is wrong with the rep system that you get three neg reps and I'm only allowed to give you one. But Hillary didn't lie about her client nor did she say he was guilty of first degree rape. She said that was the charge. I did watch it and you lied. Further he didn't "get off." He plead guilty to a lesser charge. What Hillary said was "I got him off WITH TIME SERVED." He's still on the sex abuse registry the rest of his life. You have not identified a single legitimate ethical lapse in anything Hillary did or said in that video.
