Lets go with an easy one. Exercise. DAILY. Just not right before bed. Perhaps when you get home from work. Change the routine daily. One day walk or run, next day, yard work. Seriously, physically exerting yourself burns off a lot of that excess energy that probably keeps you up at night. When I was working at the TV station, it was not a very physical job, and the hours kept changing on me. I ended up so tired that I stopped sleeping altogether. I was never fully awake, and could not fully fall asleep. I went several days with no sleep, was driving in to work for a graveyard shift, fell asleep at the wheel, and woke up drifting towards a wall at about 3 mph on the freeway. I got to work, dropped off my keys, and said fuck you, I quit. The lack of sleep WOULD have killed me, and came very close to actually doing it. Point being that a regular sleep schedule on a shift that is compatible with your own personal circadian rhythm does wonders for actually getting quality sleep. And KRNV-TV Reno can kiss my fucking ass.

I have no misunderstandings of either lies perpetuated by govt, nor the actual unemployment statistics. And since it sounds like you think I am dreaming, lets also consider that under Obama, the legal definition of "Long Term Unemployed" was reduced from two years to one year in order to further manipulate those statistics. Smoke and mirrors with numbers. Just like our money system. Just like WMDs. Just like 911, Pearl Harbor, the sinking of the Lusatania, Gulf of Tonkin, Alchohol Prohibition, Greenbacks, nah, govt has NEVER EVER lied to us, we are just too dumb to understand any of it. As humans, it is possible for anyone to be duped and lied to. We are fallible. We make mistakes. The only mistake that I see is NOT that people do not understand either the employment statistical manipulations or even how money works, it IS that people hear what they want to hear because it validates their view of the world. If you really take a look around, not just at me, but the whole damn world, we are in very very deep shit, the boat sank, and we never even had a paddle. That is a reality that is so terrifying to grasp that people, my own family members included, do NOT want to see so they just go with any lies they are told. Reality is terrifying and is what will bite you in the ass if youre not prepared. R3v, I dont think you will personally benefit when the economy goes sideways and makes 2008 look like a walk in the park like I think Zippy will prosper from the suffering of others. Other points I do agree with, such as welfare / "discouraged workers". That makes sense, to a certain extent, and that is also quite scary. If the 102.6 million working age adults that are not included in the Workforce are mainly there because they've responded to the incentive to just go on welfare (reasonable exceptions from that 102.6 million like students or stay at home moms, etc) that is a terrifying prospect, and a perfect example of why both Socialism and Fiat Currencies always fail. It would be the embodiment of the Cloward Piven Strategy. At 102.6 million, thats roughly a 30% unemployment rate, which I also think sounds way way way too high. I'd estimate 15% to 18%, even right now. Even the difference between the U3 and U6 still shows a very large disagreement with their official and now just phoney sounding numbers. Things do appear to be better than they were. I see "Now Hiring" signs in many minimum wage jobs. So some progress has been made. Im just saying we have not really recovered from 2008 by a very wide margin. (Cloward Piven Strategy - Overload a nations social support structures to the point the system collapses from the burden on finances and resources)

I use lavender, too. I squirt my pillows with it. I dilute it with distilled water and keep it in a glass spritzer I got off Amazon. I'm not sure how much it helps but I like the scent. Eucalyptus definitely works but it seems to wake me up. I used to keep it in my shower.

Both parties are oligarchical in nature. However, the rank and file Republican voter is far more conservative and free market oriented than their elected representatives.

I probably only asked about a hundred or so people when I was out of work for as long as I was. What I see here is a ton of rationalizations doing nothing but trying to make stuff up to validate the govts claim that unemployment is as low as they claim. Govt has lied to everyone about just about everything else in order to support their own agenda. Do you guys who believe the claim really think govt would not have any problems lying about the Unemployment Rate also?

I disagree. The sort of behavior to which you refer is a violation of another's space, so to speak. There are limits of tolerance for such trespass. This has nothing to do with butthurt, but with the (negative) right to be left alone. Invade my space, go to the ER. Let us bear in mind that much of this depends on what is being said, how, and the manner of physicality accompanying the speech. Let us also consider defamation. "Your mother was a whore in Tijuana", "You're a fucking *****", and such expressions are not free speech when they are making untrue assertions peddled as truth. That is why such speech can be answered in courts of equity, so the losses are very real and I believe that such "assailants" take risks when they behave so atrociously. Consider chronic harassment. How much is someone obliged to tolerate, especially when "law" fails? It's a complicated issue, to be certain. I will not say that all speech is protected from violent physicality. By no means.

Every time eh? No imbecile you've never once posed that query to me... I'll predicate this response with I do not watch Molyneux. I'm not advocating trying to get people to vote against free shit and I never have, that is an exercise in futility. Hard financial pressure on legislators will get them to vote to repeal, so will social pressure at home, in church and anywhere they try to lead a life.

My sons took me out to eat tonight. They've been trying to get me to go to a place they recently tried called Cook Out. They ordered for me and got me a double burger, a bacon wrap, chicken nuggets, and a milkshake. WTF? That's an odd combo but they wanted me to try different things. It's a platter deal and apparently, you choose a bunch of entrees for 6.00. The bacon wrap was the the best. I ate all of that and took a bite of the burger. I don't eat chickens nuggets. I also tried one of my son's fries. No salt. WTH, is up with places serving fries without salt? There wasn't even a shaker on the table. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good, either. I can understand why cheap teenage boys like it, though.

We're dealing with life sized rodents who vote. Stubborn rodents will find sources of food and multiply quickly. 90% of the foreigners probably fall into the same boat. They are culturally infected with communal biases and with no regard for finite resources. If someone put a gun to my head and forced me to take in foreigners, I'd probably choose citizens from the ex-Soviet Bloc countries. They and their immediate families lived through the terror and seem to be historically aware of creeping progressivism.

How we escaped from jail! Cocky inmates film themselves breaking out of maximum security prison before kidnapping a taxi driver and living it up in San Francisco with marijuana and Jack Daniels A video has emerged, showing how three prisoners broke out of the Central Men's Jail in Santa Ana, California earlier this year The video was shot on a contraband cellphone and shows the three inmates escaping through a vent which led to the roof However, the video doesn't show how they got off the roof

I don't know what is wrong with the rep system that you get three neg reps and I'm only allowed to give you one. But Hillary didn't lie about her client nor did she say he was guilty of first degree rape. She said that was the charge. I did watch it and you lied. Further he didn't "get off." He plead guilty to a lesser charge. What Hillary said was "I got him off WITH TIME SERVED." He's still on the sex abuse registry the rest of his life. You have not identified a single legitimate ethical lapse in anything Hillary did or said in that video.
