My religion is not Arminianism. And if telling the truth is vile to you then maybe you should examine your actions on his board because people are simply pointing out what you've been doing. You're the only one who doesn't seem to see it. Either that or you're a troll and you know exactly what you're doing… I'm not sure which.

As usual, you completely butcher people's positions and knock down a strawman. It is your worldview that makes prayer meaningless... As others have pointed out to you, many times. Anyway, I'm done here too. Going to watch a movie.

I had to. Hopefully peace will return to this forum soon… Or at least some fresh, interesting discussions, instead of the same old Calvinism debates that we've had here about 1 billion times. And yw. :) Exactly. His god is a rapist who forces himself on people then damns them to hell for the very thing that he forced on them. The whole thing is so completely asinine, unbiblical, evil and ridiculous… that I'm truly amazed that anyone actually believes in Calvinism.

Not at all. Just because God isn't a cosmic puppeteer who has no respect for human free will does not mean that God is not omnipotent, omniscient, omnibenevolent, or just. Just the opposite is true, and the fact that you don't see that is very sad. And it makes me wonder what spirit is guiding you. With your pride, your love for strife, arrogant accusations, dishonest cherry picking of verses, and butchering of God's character… It's certainly not the Holy Spirit.

You're right about that. You worship a puppeteer, the monster God of Calvinism. Thankfully, that God does not exist, except for in the prideful, twisted minds of Calvinists.

Believe it or not, I was just reading Matthew 7, literally five minutes ago, (during my daily quiet time) and that verse also reminded me of the OP here. Unfortunately, it seems that Calvinists inevitably develop a certain pride, as they think they're "the elect" and everyone else is to be looked down upon, apparently.

I nominate this thread for Worst.Thread.Ever. Way to reach nonbelievers for God, by arrogantly condemning the rest of humankind, as James accurately put it. :p You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to William Tell again.

acptulsa I'm glad you brought the topic of strife. Here are a few scriptures. Avoiding strife brings a man honor, but every fool is quarrelsome. Proverbs 20:3 Whoever loves transgression loves strife; he who makes his door high seeks destruction. Proverbs 17:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21 Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers all transgressions. Proverbs 10:12

Actually, the angelic view (of Genesis 6:4) was nearly unanimous in the early days of Christianity, and it wasn't until hundreds of years later that the Sethite view came about. I started doing a video on this topic but I never finished it. I really should finish it because obviously it's still a much debated and controversial topic. I believe the angelic view of Genesis 6… But that is different than the Serpent seed thing. I definitely do not believe in the Serpent seed theory.

My mom is from Quito, Ecuador. I've been there a few times and there are some beautiful places there to live. Unfortunately, right now the government there is extremely corrupt. My mom recently heard from a friend who lives there that the people do not want the current corrupt socialist government. In fact the people voted against the socialists (the people voted for Lasso) but according to my mom's friend, the government claimed that the vote wasn't correct so they did a recount, and once again the results showed that the people voted for Lasso, but the corrupt socialists ignored the vote and outright stole the election. It's very sad what has been going on there.

Ignorant statement. A preborn baby is not a “potential" human being, it already is a human being, simply in a different stage of life. That is a scientific fact. Some quotes from medical textbooks and doctors: “Fertilization is the process by which male and female haploid gametes (sperm and egg) unite to produce a genetically distinct individual.” Signorelli et al., Kinases, phosphatases and proteases during sperm capacitation, CELL TISSUE RES. 349(3):765 (Mar. 20, 2012) ____

To all the atheists or agnostics here… I don't mean to be controversial, but please don't believe what anyone here says, even people who post scriptures. (Myself included.) If you sincerely, genuinely want to know the truth, I believe God will open your eyes when the time is right. Read the Bible for yourself, but if you genuinely want to know the truth, read it prayerfully, asking God to show you the truth.

Too bad you don't agree with the man who this site is named after. “I am strongly pro-life. I think one of the most disastrous rulings of this century was Roe versus Wade. I do believe in the slippery slope theory. I believe that if people are careless and casual about life at the beginning of life, we will be careless and casual about life at the end. Abortion leads to euthanasia. I believe that.” “As an O.B. doctor of thirty years, and having delivered 4,000 babies, I can assure you life begins at conception. I am legally responsible for the unborn, no matter what I do, so there’s a legal life there. The unborn has inheritance rights, and if there’s an injury or a killing, there is a legal entity. There is no doubt about it.” “Pro-life libertarians have a vital task to perform: to persuade the many abortion-supporting libertarians of the contradiction between abortion and individual liberty; and, to sever the mistaken connection in many minds between individual freedom and the 'right' to extinguish individual life.” (Being Pro-Life Is Necessary to Defend Liberty) “The right of an innocent, unborn child to life is at the heart of the American ideal of liberty.”

About Mckarnin
My Ron Paul Bio.
I was the Project Manager of the Ron Paul blimp.
I designed a Libertea is Brewing graphic (nothing fancy) that was shown on CNN in 07'.
I did some small fundraising to start an educational organization (FreedomsGround) to promote Liberty and incorporated it but then C4L came out and I have abandoned further attempts at working on the org. at this time.

I like making projects happen. My time is more limited this election cycle because I had my 3rd child in 09' and she is a rambunctious toddler now.
