A new law in Vermont would require taxpayers to fund sex change operations for minors and could even allow such procedures to occur without parental permission. Current Vermont law states that a person must be at least 21-years-old to receive taxpayer funds to assist in sex change surgery. However, Vermont health insurance regulators are proposing a change that would allow minors on Medicaid to receive a gender reassignment free of charge. The proposal, which was made by the state’s Department of Health Access, would require persons under the age of 18 to get parental approval before any such procedure. However, the proposal states that if the “minor is emancipated by court order,” permission is not required. “The proposed law would allow for minors to have access to sixteen different types of genital surgery, including breast augmentation and mastectomies,” reports CBN News. To qualify for the operation, patients must have lived for at least 12 months “in a gender role that is congruent with their gender identity,” must have received hormonal therapy and are required to obtain two written clinical evaluations from mental health professionals.

According to Alex, the FBI cleared him of all charges, and, he is going after the media mouthpieces for Libel and Slander. Even if people do not agree with AJ at all, he still has a Constitutional Right to speak. I still think they go after him because he says what they dont want to be said about them, which is the very definition of Free Press.

Also the fact that the US is running trade deficits, not just with China, but ALL of its largest trading partners [Canada, Mexico, Japan, Germany, South Korea, France, India, Taiwan, Brazil, the EU, also reveals that China is not to blame and the issue lies squarely with the US. The real primary driver of the trade deficit is the US fiat currency expansion enabled by the US government abuse of the reserve currency status. The following analogy highlights the principle.

There Is a Problem With the US Account of the Drone Shootdown For one thing why was the transponder switched off? Did somebody want Iran to take the damn thing down? The Pentagon just held a very short press conference. … Lt General Joseph T. Guastella … made a very short statement. No questions were allowed. He said that the drone was in international airspace at high attitude and “34 kilometer from the nearest point of the Iranian coast” when it was shot down. That is trickery, or if you will trigonometry. High attitude means that the drone flew at a height of around 60,000+ feet or 20 kilometer. If it would have flown directly over the Iranian coastline it would have been “20 kilometer from the nearest point of the Iranian coast”. … The Iranian IRGC says that the drone had switched off its transponder shortly after takeoff. A look at the usual live air traffic sites confirms that the drone was not tracked by the civil aviation systems which monitor transponder signals.

Gold Goats 'n Guns: Iran — Message Sent, Message Delivered It is clear that Iran is sending the U.S. a stern message. And that message is we can hurt you asymmetrically as much as you hurt us. … Iran’s leadership made it clear there was no mistake in their actions last week. They purposefully shot down one of our most advanced drones to send the U.S. a very clear warning. ‘Our capabilities far exceed your tolerance for withstanding them.’ The more we learn about this incident the more the initial story concocted by the U.S. looks specious. Drone in international airspace? Most likely not. … The drone that was shot down, an RQ-4A Global Hawk, was the cream of our surveillance drones. It was flying in tandem with an anti-submarine Poseidon P-8 spy plane, which, according to Elijah Magnier was carrying far more than its normal crew of 9. Try 38. …

The American Conservative: Trump Must Choose: War President or Anti-Interventionist Patrick Buchanan Visualizing 150 Iranians dead from a missile strike that he had ordered, President Donald Trump recoiled and canceled the attack … Good for Trump. By canceling the strike, the president also sent a message to Iran: we’re ready to negotiate. Yet given the irreconcilable character of our clashing demands, it is hard to see how the U.S. and Iran get off this road we are on, at the end of which a military collision seems almost certain. Consider the respective demands. Monday, the president tweeted: “The U.S. request for Iran is very simple—No Nuclear Weapons and No Further Sponsoring of Terror!” But Iran has no nuclear weapons, has never had nuclear weapons, and has never even produced bomb-grade uranium.

I think it highly likely the unmanned spy plane was over Iranian airspace. Washington violates national airspace at will. Just look at the track record of drone bombings and assassinations, and Syria. Also, the Iranians almost immediately released a detailed flight path and exact coordinates of the planes location at time of strike. Regardless, the plane turned off its transponder and refused to respond. And this is during a period if heightened hostile acts by teh empire from an economic sanctions blockade to threats, the news reports promising a massive bombardment of Iran limited to specific targets. Would Washington have allows any Iranian spyplane within 15 mils let along 100 miles of the US coast? Never. I suspect that the empire bigwigs just never imagined Iran would shoot its high altitude spy plane down, and may not have even thought they could take out an aircraft at that altitude. Iran sent a message and that message was "Don't tread on me!"

The Great Dr. Ron Paul weighs in - Boxed in by Neocons and the Media, Will Trump Launch Iran War? written by ron paul President Trump did the smart thing last week by calling off a US airstrike on Iran over the downing of an American spy drone … Is Iran really the aggressive one? When you unilaterally pull out of an agreement that was reducing tensions and boosting trade; when you begin applying sanctions designed to completely destroy another country’s economy; when you position military assets right offshore of that country; when you threaten to destroy that country on a regular basis, calling it a campaign of “maximum pressure,” to me it seems a stretch to play the victim when that country retaliates by shooting a spy plane that is likely looking for the best way to attack. Even if the US spy plane was not in Iranian airspace – but it increasingly looks like it was – it was just another part of an already-existing US war on Iran. Yes, sanctions are a form of war, not a substitute for war. … The media are also a big part of the problem. The same media that praised Trump as “presidential” when he fired rockets into Syria on what turned out to be false claims … has been attacking Trump for not bombing Iran. …

Kudos to Trump for not lighting the match. Credit where due. But also blame where due. Trump is the one that saturated the area with gasoline and then wants to take credit for not settign it ablaze. That is like an arsonist proclaiming himself hero for putting out his own fire. Remember Idiot Trump created this entire crises himself: It was Idiot Trump that breached the JCPOA with 5 other nation plus the EU by unilaterally pulling out despite the US military, US CIA, US NSA, all US intelligence agencies, the UN, the IAEA, UK, France, Germany the EU, China and Russia all confirming Iran was in full compliance; It was evil idiot Trump that initiate warfare against Iran by imposing without any basis the severest economic sanction despite the US military, US CIA, US NSA, all US intelligence agencies, the UN, the IAEA, UK, France, Germany the EU, China and Russia all confirming Iran was in full compliance; It was evil idiot Trump that initiate warfare against Iran by imposing without any basis a total economic blockade by threatening and extorting every other signatory to the agreement as well as every other nation and business on the planet that they and their private companies would suffer the mighty wrath of the empire and seizure of assets, fines, and seizure of dollar transaction transfers thru the SWIFT system if they trade with Iran; It is the evil Trump that ha been threatening Iran nonstop since before even taking office.
