Things might have turned out differently under a Trump administration. We were producing and exporting oil. Manufacturing seemed to entertain coming back. My guess is supply chain issues wouldn't have been too big a deal. Fertilizer would be available. Russia maybe not but would have been different. Inflation under Biden is double edged sword with Trump it would have been only from interjecting cash not all the aforementioned.

If the department is full of people with a certain political leaning, it would be highly stupid of the GOP not to conduct decent hearings and actually change something. Unless of course the GOP is there just to promote the welfare of others than 'the people'.

There appears to be some movement. Three of the four coalition parties (the required majority to rule) are now saying; maybe we should tone down a bit. Waiting is for the 4th coalition party, the one with the extreme views that really does not like the farmers (D66). They probably will not agree. Since the other parties would like to be re-elected, it's the opportune moment to save their face. The cabinet (government) is down to 41 seats in the polls, out of 150. They need 76 for a majority. Dumping their coalition partner now (this means new elections), might gain them back some seats. For everyone that did not believe me that non-violent protests and persistence can't work, they definitely can and will; this shows it. However, in many cases the majority of the support drops away when promises are made... The protestors do not follow through until it's fully settled, that's what is going wrong. Not just here.

Let liberals fund their own programs via donations from the people that support all those programs. If support is not there, eliminate the programs. When people stop thinking everything is free all the fighting stops. When people have to pay see the tab for the things they thought they wanted they will no longer want it. If criminals will get guns and use those guns against innocent people, why would any person think that the solution is to take weapons away from innocent people? If you are against guns, Great! Toward the end of the second part of that deposition the plaintiff's attorney was questioning Jones about his video's and the comments. Jones said that Twitter, Facebook and Youtube deplatformed him and took his stuff down. The lawyer was accusing Jones of not doing enough to save information before his videos were taken down. Is it possible that Jones cannot produce what they wanted him to produce? From what I see going on these days I don't trust anyone to tell the truth. Heck that Trump raid yesterday could have been them planting information. I wouldn't believe them if they said anything. Too many lies and credibility is shot.
