That was painful to watch. I have rarely seen anyone as manipulative and as condescending as that man. He tried talking down to Candace, yet despite being twice her age, he came across like a petulant little brat because she wouldn't alter her outlook. He would be someone who would be for punishing someone for a thought crime.

In 1776, I am glad that my ancestors didn't extend 2nd Amendment rights to the Redcoats.

Hell, I prefer a former Democrat like Tulsi Gabbard over pretty much any current Rino like Nikki or Graham. It will be interesting to see who Trump surrounds himself with this time.

The Ottoman's killed the inhabitants of their land. Turkey was the Byzantine Empire. A Greek Christian nation. The Turks committed mass genocide. There are less than a few thousand Greek speaking Christians left. Read the about the Greek and Armenian Genocides. If the Turks had smashed Vienna in their attempts in the 1500 and the 1600s, the same would have happened to the rest of Europe. Would Vienna have stood back then with 20% Muslim population? Those who favor open borders want that. Either that or they are completely ignorant about history and human nature.

She's a hero. There is a video of that skinny girl in full gear carrying a 250lbs fellow firefighter on her shoulder, hacking down a door with a fire axe in one hand and spraying water from a 1 1/2 inch hose in the other. I'll try to find the video and I will post it on April 1st.

Antifa is a misnomer. Fascism is a reaction to the degeneracy of Marxism, not the other way around. I dislike both Fascism and Marxism, just to be clear. Where I live, I haven't seen a cop on my streets in years. There is no need for them. Good people live here. When people lack morals, others call for protection from a gang, whether criminals or police. I like my area the way it is. The people who have screwed up New York: I don't want them on my street. I don't want to import them in my country either. My political motto: Go away and leave me alone.

Thanks. I didn't know that. I didn't pay attention to the name, but I did do a double take at: Author of: "George Floyd: Modern MLK"

The thing is, by the time they raised the minimum wage, most of the lowest wage earners made far more than the new minimum wage already. Raising the wage a buck or two every decade or so only kept up with inflation. It was basically virtue signalling by the democrats because it's a worthless gesture. It's why ZippyJuan and The Count would post studies showing that past rate hikes didn't affect inflation (this was a few years ago when studies actually were somewht scientific). The democarats acted like they were raising the wages but really, the market based minimum wage was already higher than the law enforced minimum wage. I think they knew what they were doing. The dems looked good with the working class. They didn't help them, but they didn't hurt the economy that much either That's when they raised it a buck or two every decade or so. Now a lot of places are doubling it or more. These places are are hurting because of it. I think they still know what they are doing Before they were just fattening us. Now, we are at the point where they are gutting this country. This is where we are at. Davy is the U.S. The Sopranos are the banks.

Another thing about the minimum wage... Univeristy academics pretend to be on the side of the poor when they themselves profit the most off of the poor. Universities love the minimum wage and helped to get rid of apprentice wages/on the job training. Now instead of getting paid while you learn a trade, students go into debt, PAYING schools to WORK FOR FREE as slaves interns.

I never liked the argument that raising the minimum wage caused inflation. The Fed causes inflation. The wages raise to match it. Arguing that raising the minimum wage a buck or two causes inflation takes the attention off the Fed, makes the Democrats look charitable, and conservatives/libertarians look like grumps. But that was back when the radicals stayed in Berkeley and other areas. People like AOC usually didn't rise above school boards or city council. $50 an hour on a national level? We are nearing peak clown world. That will surpass the Fed's destructive power.

This is such a BS. I have so little respect for anyone who would monitor this site, or any site for that matter. They are like the hall monitors from grade school who think they are important. Only these are adults with the same mentality as a kid only with more ego. And these jackasses probably make more money than me with their jobs as a public nuisance. What a laughing stock this country has become.

Ah. In what particular way? You do realize that the Reformed position is that images are idolatrous, correct?

I understand you disagree with me on images, and I was being extra-harsh because HB was exposing me to the idols despite the fact that several people in that forum consider them idols, but I don't think its fair to call the Reformed confessional position on this "dumb" even if you disagree.
