I don't recall the details (and my Twitter search-fu is not adequate), but someone who was present at and live-tweeting about the proceedings in the Nevada case said that apparently there was no clearly established evidentiary standard under Nevada law for adjudicating the allegations at issue, and that the judge actually asked opposing counsel what standard they thought should be applied. If that is so, then the Nevada case does not exactly inspire confidence as an example of a sound non-procedural disposition.

Agree 110%. Roads are very important, after all, and I am absolutely delighted to hear not only that we might be able to continue having them, but even more so. Not having roads would really suck. I mean, think about it: without roads, how would the post office be able to deliver things like stimulus checks and credit card offers? And for that matter, without the IRS, how could we even have a post office? :confused:
