If you can't see that as a "win", then there's nothing more I can say. I don't know what you want...nobody has the stones to take it to the streets like our enemies do...trying to work "the system" is just being a stoopid TrumpHumper sellout according to you...freedom is not popular, so electing more true liberty candidates is very difficult if not impossible. So, you tell me...what do you want to do? Other than doing what we all seem to do best, yip at each other and sniff each other's assholes.

Well, I guess I'm guilty, as The Count made sure to note. The thing is, I don't care...my enemies have made it clear that they want me pushed into third class citizenship status in the country my family built, the more radical (honest) ones want me dead. Yeah, I hate people like that.

The only reason that the 2nd Amendment was not relegated to a dead letter "collective right only held by the state" in Heller back in 2008 was because of judges appointed, to a man, by GOP presidents. Please don't make me defend whatever else these assholes may have done, but facts are facts.

Obtaining a firearm in most states is a pretty straightforward process, but California is a different animal. Each year, the state legislature enacts more and more restrictive laws for residents to obtain a lawful firearm. Here, we will walk you through five steps of obtaining a firearms permit. 1. Personal Firearms Eligibility Check If you’re the cautious type and don’t want any surprises, first obtain a personal firearms eligibility check through the California Office of the Attorney General’s website (oag.ca.gov/firearms/forms). Of course, there is a $20 cost, but this may come to save some heartache, time and frustration if you just applied and were denied for whatever reasons. It’s a small step, but could prove to be valuable if the state attempts to deny your application. This way, you will have evidence your record is clean and worthy of a firearms permit. Also, the OAG only reviews California records. 2. Residency Make sure you have several pieces of proof that you live in California. Documentation that is acceptable includes a driver’s license or identification card, utility bill within the last three months, a residential lease or property deed and military permanent duty station orders proving assignment in California. According to the OAG website, The address provided on the proof-of-residency document must match either the address on the Dealer Record of Sale (DROS) or the address on the purchaser’s California driver’s license or identification card. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a rifle or shotgun and 21 for a handgun.

Even in CA I don't think you need a permit, FOID or mandated "registration". CA residents let us know.

Try something new, SS.... try looking up the actual definitions of 1. Commie, and 2. Fascist. When you are done, look up the words liberty, and Fiscal Responsibility. Get back to me with definitions when you’re done. I am sick of paying extortion money for what this government/companies create. It’s a never-ending GD revolving door.

Good grief. How much more “security” do we need, for providing incentives and handouts. Why not just quit giving Billions and billions to other people and public/private companies and just leave me and my money alone! Looks like it’s time to Follow the Money again to find out what Fascist companies are behind this, now that Gates is out in the open. Statists gonna stat, at the expense of more liberty/bucks.

Do the guns need to be registered, and do folks still need a "permit"? Will the new biometrics keep track of every arm/person? I don't think they would rule this way without some agenda. If they really supported the 2nd there would be no more Track'nSale and for a "fee". Something's up, me thinks.

Trump/admin giving BILLIONS of tax payer dollars to Gates' public/private companies more than makes up for any tiny cuts he claims to make. And you have the gonads to accuse somebody else of "inverting reality". No need to rebut, I got the actual survey in the mail last week; it wanted to know if I fully support repealing and replacing obama's romney-care. I guess those little steps are paying off for you and your Fascist friends.

So this guy's "solution" is to fill the prisons with even more people in a country that already has one of the highest (if not the highest) incarceration rates on the planet ... SMGDH ... It's not even clear from what the author says here that Sessoms was a "repeat violent offender" - only that he had "multiple felony drug charges, multiple felony probation violations, and charges on his record for possessing stolen firearms." (Note that the only one of these "crimes" that could have an identifiable victim is the possession-of-stolen-goods charge ...) Instead of "pushing endless legislation to toughen sentencing on gun and drug felons and parole violators," how about we just end the War on Drugs (and the War on This, and the War on That, and the the War on the Other Thing ...)? How about we just stop putting the perpetrators of victimless crimes into rape-cages, where those who were not already criminals are apt to become ones, and where those who already are criminals are apt to become even more hardened ones? How about we just accept the inescapable and incurable fact that sometimes, some people are going to do some fucked up shit (for which they ought to be held accountable), regardless of whether they have what the State is pleased to call a "criminal record?" I agree with the absurdity of the contrast in media coverage between the George Floyd and Cannon Hinnant incidents. But this guy goes completely off the rails when he advocates "pushing endless legislation to toughen sentencing on gun and drug felons and parole violators." Someone tell me - when has "pushing endless legislation" (on any matter) ever redounded to the benefit of human liberty and civil society? (Oh, wait, that's right ... NEVER ...) And speaking of "gun and drug felons" - how many on these very forums might fall into that category (i.e., the category of people that this guy wants tossed head-first into rape-cages)? I imagine that RPFs is apt to have more than its share of "three felonies a day" violators ...

I wonder if anybody would be brave enough to do an actual, for real, accounting of contributory worth comparing the wealth generated by agricultural slave labor to the decades of loss attributed to the wildly disproportionate rates of crime, dependence and subsidies that "black and brown" people are responsible for. I'll not hold my breath.
