That is an aspect only few watch. But from where I sit (perspective) it appears the Growth of the Police State may have different focus.. A strategic change in leadership (of an agency that should be disbanded) ,, and from an agency that should never exist. CIA/Police State Merger. and that ain't good.

NPR: Parkland Attack Was Horrible but There Is No School Shooting Epidemic http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/03/16/npr-florida-school-shooting-heinous-no-epidemic/ by AWR Hawkins 16 Mar 2018 On March 15, NPR noted the heinous nature of Florida’s Parkland school shooting but quickly added that claims school shootings are at epidemic levels are false. NPR’s observation is drawn from the work of Northeastern University’s James Alan Fox, who demonstrates that there were more “multiple victim” school shootings during the 1990’s than now.

Yes, you are absolutely right, I had forgotten about Option D - Inflate and pay back in worthless FRNs and/or 0 and 1s. Then again, that's just another way skinning the cat, another way of carrying out Option B. Which, of course, leads to Outcome C All we gotta do is print up one of these, and poof, no more debt and plenty left over.

First major goal: restoration of the properly administered Constitutional Republic. Once achieved, we rest a beat as life normalizes and we examine what we have on hand such that we may then decide how to proceed from there. Under such a republic, people come and go as they please, associate as they please, hire and fire as the please, arm as they please, acquire hold and dispose of as they please, have sex as they please with whom they please, all without the butting noses of government in their bootholes. Commensurately, they are held full accountable for the results of their actions not just or even primarily by government, but by their fellows. When one freely chooses to enter the home of another without permission to rob or steal, no risk would befall the man removing from the book of life he who so chose to violate the sacred right of his fellow man. In other words, the statements and deeds of each man would carry very real and possibly very immediate consequences. Once acclimated to this, you would witness a very sudden and extreme increase in the apparent IQ of people who today appear as functional imbeciles. There would be no welfare state. There would be no police as we currently know them to exist. Government would have but one function: the protection and guaranty of every man's equal claims to life. That role would be made functionally manifest through the means of common defense and the courts. The armed forces would be all of the people. The courts would adjudicate matters of equity, tort, and crime for which the people were unable to settle by other valid means. That would be it. 99.9% of all so-called "Law" would be scrubbed from existence. No more drug laws, firearms laws, those falsely criminalizing prostitution or doing business on Sundays, etc. If we retained legal standing for corporate entities, great examination and possible rearchitecting of the statutes pertaining thereto would be in order. I am tempted to go with elimination, but supporting corporate entities does hold several useful and valid practical advantages - but that could be an issue for another day. I would also retain for the time being the USPTO, its role and validity also to be revisited later on.

LOL - What in the world gave you that idea? That said, who cares? At $21 trillion, this is now purely academic, this debt will never be paid, it can't be paid. There are only three options: A - Kick the can down the road indefinitely, or at least until that becomes impossible, which then leaves only options B and C.

They have money backing, for one. I wrote in the OP the another major way: they show up. Re-read the OP - it's all in there... or enough, anyway. I cannot concur. Point your eyeballs and behold what is now happening almost daily in places like Portland. Observe the blind intransigence of the people seeking the destruction of that which has enabled their ability to spew their stupidities. There is no amount of real world, factual, damning evidence that will convince them of anything that departs with the notions to which they have welded themselves. You are assuming the least modicum of individual integrity and rational capacity. That is a deep error. The number of "lefties" of sufficient intellect and honesty to be converted is, proportionally speaking, vanishingly small. Hatred drives them first and foremost, thereby blinding them to any objective truth they may encounter, said hatred coming reflexively to the fore in categorical and violent rejection of facts that stand before their very eyes. Perhaps, but it is waged through perception and action pursuant thereto.

For one thing, nobody's panicking - at least not in this neck of the wood. Secondly, you may have missed the deeper point: some wet-behind-the-ears crybaby high school sissy was set up before what appears to have been a sizable crowd (note APPEARS), replete with sound equipment and a fallacy-riddled speech on the Capitol steps, with a delivery that seems a mite too polished. Someone funded this, and it was clearly staged at some expense, indicating non-trivial commitment, with the media are showing theirs by giving this know-nothing candyboy airtime. That should have your attention, however fleeting, rather than casual dismissal. No need to panic, but taking note is probably the right thing to do. Thirdly, this is not the only example of such events. I have seen accounts of this sort of thing, students protesting and whinging for "gun control", in many places. It is as if a new fad has broken out, but will it pass as fads tend, or will this somehow gain traction, as if by oddly coincidental magic? Is it your contention that we, the people, have not been intentionally painted into this corner? The apparent timbre of your response could be taken to imply it. I would seek clarification.

ETA - ah, post #9. Glorious. Small glory, but I'll take it. Once again, no idea what he did/failed to do, so I will ask: is there anything chargeable? If so, does it appear he will be charged? One of the neat side benefits of this is that it screws the pants off whatever family he might have. This is how it should be for "public servants". They should all think a hundred times before stepping outside the ranks of boyscouts. Let them crap themselves with worry for violation of the public trust and let them rat their fellows out in the knowledge that any failure to do so will result in things like this, and worse. That is what America needs in its servants - a low-intensity, creeping, constant, stomach-eroding dread that they will have committed a violation, or failed to have committed an act of correction in the name of the public trust that, when discovered will result in what could amount to a lifetime's work reduced to ash, not to mention prison time. I am thinking that civil forfeiture pro-rated from the time of the first offense, defining the proportion of career time tainted by the act would also be very much motivational. For example, if you have twenty years in and committed an unconfessed violation in year 6, you would forfeit 60% of all your holdings, which would stand to have seriously deleterious effects on your family's interests. Note "unconfessed". That is the carrot in this scheme. If you transgress and immediately come clean prior to having been discovered, certain consequences would come off the table. Depending on the offense, particularly if it happened accidentally, one might even retain his position. Ratting out all those involved, however, would be an unconditional requirement for not going to prison for a lengthy stay at hard labor.

Genesis 6:5-9 (KJV) 5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

  1. I appreciate the question! I put Ted Cruz in my top 3 in the Senate under the criteria "Constitutional Conservative". Do you have something of evidence he is willing to ignore "The War Powers Act of 1973 (Pub.L. 93-148), also referred to as the War Powers Resolution, is a resolution of Congress that stated that the President can send troops into action abroad only by authorization of Congress or if America is already under attack or serious threat." If his rhetoric on Syria has a Neoconservative narrative he should be held in contempt, & Liberty Lovers must hold him accountable! Do you have the entire content of when he made this statement "Ted Cruz advocating going in to destroy chemical weapons in Syria"? If So, Please email it DonVolaric@Comcast.net

So, just out of curiosity, and I don't usually judge people based on their associations, but would you agree with me that Ted Cruz is not a politiican that freedom minded people should be supporting? Why or why not?

Thanks for your answers in advance

About DonVolaric
Don Volaric
Born: Detroit, MI
Married: Lynn Volaric
Children: Lily (6.5) Lauren (5) & Brooklyn (8 months)

I was born in Detroit, MI and at a young age relocated West with my mother. As an adult I began to miss my family roots in Michigan and moved back home. As a Michigander at heart, I intend to raise my family here and work hard for their continued prosperity, as well as for all the people of the great State of Michigan.

Digital Media Experience:
At age 18, I went to work for one of the largest Print Media / Color Lithography companies in Southern California
At age 25, I was a Production MGR for a digital media company 3rd largest in southern California. I was in charge of over 70 people & 2nd youngest in the facility.
By age 33, I was a Plant MGR (Executive in Charge), overseeing the entire operation with over 3.5 million of my own accounts. The facility was a 17 Million dollar operation. Even with the success I achieved, I still missed the family and friends I rarely spent time with, so I decided to come back home for good.

Finance Experience1999 – 2000
After receiving excellent scores in GMAC's employee assessment program, I was recruited for a "fast-track" program in Mortgage and Credit Financing with Jordan Hoover.

Health Insurance Experience:
2001 – Present
I worked for a Health Insurance agency approximately 6 months. I started my own agency, Freedom Health Insurance 12/1/2001. By 2004, we were able to serve customers from our new offices on Hall Road, complete with our own signage.

I was voted "Agent of the Year" (Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI) consecutively in 2008 & 2009.

Political Experience:
In 2010 and 2012, I ran for United States Congress for U.S. House of Representatives for Michigan’s 12th and new 9th districts (currently held by Sander Levin). I won both primaries and was the Nominee for the GOP. The past 5 years of running for federal office has been challenging and rewarding at the same time.

My core values represent a Jeffersonian Republican, in 2012 Endorsed by Ron Paul and Republican Liberty Caucus

Why I believe I’m the Right Person for the job: (U.S. Congressional Representative)
• My passion, ethics, morality, character & courage are 2nd to none
• I always tackle the tough things 1st
• I’m a problem solver with A thru Z attention to detail
• I believe that all problems are an opportunity to shine
• I feel that my true purpose is to help people
• Non-Political! I’m a problem solver. I don’t do slogans or mantras, I do solutions
• I Promise if elected I will serve the people & live up to the oath of office
• I will govern as a republican and defend your natural and civil rights

Best Regards,
Don Volaric
