However, on its formation documents, which were reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, Mr. Cohen listed himself as the “authorized person” for the company, rather than hiring a lawyer or an agent to serve in that role, which some company owners do to further obscure their identities. To further mask the identities of the people involved in the agreement, the parties used pseudonyms, with Ms. Clifford identified as “Peggy Peterson,” according to a person familiar with the matter. Part of the draft settlement pact was published by Slate.

Is this cause for concern? Steve Bannon is already cutting deals with Mueller By David Gilbert Jan 18, 2018 Steve Bannon will not appear in front of a grand jury following a subpoena from Robert Mueller. Instead the former White House strategist is cutting a deal to meet with special counsel prosecutors in private, according to reports Thursday. The revelation comes two days after the former Breitbart chief appeared before the House Intelligence Committee probing Russian meddling in the 2016 election and refused to answer questions about his time on the transition team or inside the White House.

Some controversial news relating to widely respected White House advisor, zionist leader, anti-corruption/anti-nepotism champion Jared Kushner: Jared Kushner's High School Is Making Children Write Letters of Support to Donald Trump By Jack Moore On 1/17/18 Jared Kushner’s old high school in New Jersey is asking its students to send supportive letters to his father-in-law, President Donald Trump, and parents are not happy. The Frisch School, an ultra-Orthodox Jewish institution, asked children—without obtaining the consent of their parents—to write letters praising Trump’s decision to relocate the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. That decision angered Arab leaders and gave rise to protests across the Muslim world. The school’s Rabbi David Sher sent a template email to students telling those who “believe that the president made the right decision” in ordering the relocation of the embassy to sign the letter and thank Trump for showing “courageous leadership.” The children were told: “Just remember to sign your name at the bottom.”

Seems that use of words like s-word and i-word have gone almost mainstream in US political culture of late. The Note: Shutdown is the new 's-word' as blame game begins Jan 16, 2018, 6:17 AM ET This week’s “s-word” is shutdown. The details of the expletive that still appears very likely to have been spoken by President Donald Trump don’t matter in the bigger picture. Neither do the declarations – “I’m not a racist” – or making fun of a senator’s first name. For now, the blame game beats out the name game. Trump and his Republican allies would have the public believe that Democrats concocted a story that had the president insulting immigrants based on race; that Democrats don’t want to take care of Dreamers who could be facing deportation in mere weeks; and that they are rooting for a weaker U.S. military.

Will Steve Bannon’s Testimony Bring Down Jared? The president’s “sloppy” former strategist is scheduled to testify before the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday. by Abigail Tracy January 16, 2018 10:46 am Steve Bannon leaves a meeting at the U.S. Capitol, March 23, 2017. By Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images. Less than two weeks after Steve Bannon’s stunning excommunication from Trumpworld, lawmakers on Capitol Hill are scheduled to question the former chief strategist about the Trump campaign’s Russian ties. Bannon’s testimony has been highly anticipated following a series of scathing comments he made to author Michael Wolff, which precipitated his fall from favor. And although he was a late addition to Team Trump, the president’s former policy whisperer may still possess enough damning information to worry the White House and to intrigue special counsel Robert Mueller, who has reportedly subpoenaed Bannon to testify before a grand jury.

Bannon Is Subpoenaed in Mueller’s Russia Investigation By MICHAEL S. SCHMIDTJAN. 16, 2018 Stephen K. Bannon arrived to testify before the House Intelligence Committee during a closed-door session on Tuesday. Credit Joshua Roberts/Reuters WASHINGTON — Stephen K. Bannon, President Trump’s former chief strategist, was subpoenaed last week by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, to testify before a grand jury as part of the investigation into possible links between Mr. Trump’s associates and Russia, according to a person with direct knowledge of the matter. The move marked the first time Mr. Mueller is known to have used a grand jury subpoena to seek information from a member of Mr. Trump’s inner circle. The special counsel’s office has used subpoenas before to seek information on Mr. Trump’s associates and their possible ties to Russia or other foreign governments. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/01/16/us/politics/steve-bannon-mueller-russia-subpoena.html

To be devil's advocate, you don't need negotiation skills or even strong mental competence when you have trust in Congress. 'The swamp' can't be that bad if Trump is willing to put his trust in them, it's the crazy guys like Steve Bannon that he needs to swamp out of Washignton. Recently the cannot-be-a-puppet stable genius put his full trust in moderate neocons like his largest donor Sheldon Adelson's zionist camp, his Jewish Son in law and other very competent elders in the room and quickly signed on very pro-Israel/anti-Palestinian policies without blinking or any negotiation. But he is not all genius and no weaknesses, the guy does seem to have a very healthy need for validation/applause from people in his audience, media and Chuck Schumer. He might be the ultimate bi-partisan politician that Obama striken GOP base has put in power who can be molded into wide range of things (from a Schumer Democrat to Javanka Republican to Bannon Conservative) by controlling his surroundings.
