I think opening the southern border is part of that plan. Now you have people in south Texas who have "undocumented migrants" camping on their front lawns. Next will be a crime wave when they find they won't be getting all the handouts they were promised. Soon people will be crying for a police state to protect them from a problem the state is creating.
