What's funny is that the modern useful idiots somehow miss this point. In all communist nations past and present, unemployment for able bodied adults was purely illegal. That's not a uniquely Stalin thing. Being a parasite against the state was the worst crime on the books, above treason and murder. What I find hilarious is that all these modern useful idiots would be the first to go to a prison work camp.

You could always rent until prices normalize. Sell just under the top, wait it out a few years and buy at the bottom.
