Thanks, I’ll look into it. I’ve been in touch with Young Americans For Liberty, and they might send people to go door to door and campaign, but I don’t think they’ve made a final decision yet.

Would anyone like to donate to my campaign? I believe I’m the only member of this forum currently running for office.

As most of you know, I'm running for state representative in Kansas' 113th district. I'm running against a liberal Republican in the primary who is well funded. I need to raise a decent amount of money to run a competitive race, get radio ads up, and have a chance to win. I've received a very good response as I've campaigned all across the district. It's all a matter of getting my message out. If I can get my message out, I'll win the race. So far I've raised about $7,000 total in my campaign. My goal is to raise $10,000. That's not a huge amount, but I think it would be enough for me to win the race when combined with pounding the pavement and knocking on doors like I've been doing. I believe that I'll be able to raise an additional $2,000 outside of this forum. Therefore, I'd like to ask if people here on this forum could help me raise the additional $1,000. I'm running on a pro liberty platform and would be the most pro liberty member of the Kansas house if I were elected. Just click here to read my positions on the issues. http://brettfairchild.com/ It doesn't matter to me whether donations are sent in a money bomb in the future or just sent whenever people feel like donating. Obviously no one has any obligation to donate, but I would just greatly appreciate any help people here would be willing to give me. If I could just get 40 people to donate $25 each, that would be $1,000. Checks are to be made out to "Fairchild For Freedom." The address is on my website. You can also donate through Paypal. http://brettfairchild.com/donate/

Here's an update on my campaign. The current Representative, Representative Lewis, filed to run for reelection a few days ago. So I'll be running against him in the GOP Primary. The primary date is August 7th. There were also two Democrats who filed to run in our district. This is very rare as we don't usually have a Democrat who files to run in our district, let alone two. If I win the primary I'll have a very good chance to win the general election, but I'll still have to work hard and won't take anything for granted. In order to win the primary I'm going to need as much help as possible. I'd appreciate the support of people here. I believe I'm currently the only member of this forum who's running for a public office. If a money bomb could be set up for late June or early July I'd appreciate it. Even if you can only donate small amounts, even small amounts help.

by Spoa on 08-05-2012 at 03:43 PM
(HERE IS THE CLUB FOR GROWTH PRESS RELEASE ON TODD AKIN: http://www.clubforgrowth.org/perm/pr/?postID=1131 )

(Cross posted from my website: http://llphsecondrevolution.wordpress.com/)

Two of the most conservative senators in Washington D.C. endorsed John Brunner for U.S. Senate because they KNOW he will bring the conservative change needed in Washington D.C.

Let me start out by saying that should Treasurer Sarah Steelman or Representative Todd Akin

“Building a MORE CONSERVATIVE MAJORITY!”

http://llphsecondrevolution.wordpress.com/

I’ve been pretty busy lately, but I was meaning to post this earlier. This is going to be a little bit of a quick and brief post, so each you will have to go to each candidate’s website and do a little more research. The primary for these candidates is this TUESDAY (August 7, 2012):

Kerry Bentivolio for Michigan 11: A veteran of Desert Storm, Kerry Bentivolio

Liberty Candidate Byron Donalds for Congress CD 19!

by Spoa on 07-26-2012 at 08:17 AM
This is an open and safe GOP seat. It is an opportunity for US to WIN!

He mentions Bastiat at around 12:30 minutes. He also mentions his opposition to the United Nations and Agenda 21.

I e-mailed him about the Patriot Act, NDAA, and CISPA, and he answered me in less than 24 hours. Here are his response:

Here are some of his

Justin Amash: Republican Incumbent for US House Michigan 3

by Spoa on 07-23-2012 at 08:38 AM
Have you ever watched somebody that you just know will be a rising star? Well for me, Justin Amash is one of those somebodies. He has a bright future ahead of him in the GOP Party.

Rep. Justin Amash is often a loner in the party. If he has to do something right without anybody's company...he will do just that. Justin Amash refuses to vote for anything that is not clearly authorized by the Constitution, and he posts vote explanations for every vote he takes. I truly appreciate his

Wes Riddle: Republican for US House 25

by Spoa on 07-22-2012 at 07:45 PM
Wes Riddle understands the values of balancing the budget. He supports cutting the deficit, returning education to local authorities, and ending all government subsidies for “green” projects. He says, “We do not need the government to be an energy central planner, but rather a supporter of the free enterprise system to foster a playing field that will enable Americans to know how to thrive.”
