Last response to you PAF because you have no solutions. All you have is controversy. Create a list of practical, realistic, things that can be done to better our society that do not involve lawsuits, getting fined, or getting arrested. Develop a system to take over congress or senate with a majority of Thomas Massie's and I will join in. Adam Kokesh is a waste of time and money. He is a joke and showman. The baggage he brings does not help. I truly believe his activism is not for love of freedom but for financial motive. He makes bad choices. Did he not surround himself with all these "friends" that screwed him? Trash. Not worthy of support. Alex Jones in it for profit. Aggressive. Won't shut up. But his organization puts out some good news. Too controversial and loud to change anyone that doesn't already agree with him. Thomas Massie outstanding individual. True Patriot. Bet he leaves politics for farm life one day never to return to it. Rush Limbaugh politically astute and way more professional than Alex Jones but only a mouthpiece and obviously in it for the money. Country going down the toilet. Me disobeying laws that will cost me jail time or financial duress only profits the system.

Do you have a Drivers License? I understand your points and agree. Did you see my posts in regards to licenses and permits and responsibility? However, if you do burn without a permit and cause damage you had an illegal burn. If you have the permit you dotted your i. If you have nothing to lose then go for it. If you have much to lose the permit is insignificant and worth getting to avoid issues later. Need to pick your battles. You advocate to let illegals come here and get hired for free market wage. That will never work in the system we have because all they have to do is complain they are treated unfairly or cause damage or???? and you are liable. Drive your vehicle with no plates. Take them off. Drop your registration. That seems pretty simple and you can argue you have a constitutional right to travel. What is the difference between your burn permit and your vehicle registration and drivers license? Honestly IMHO a preacher makes his living off of selling God. As much as I like Ron Paul, he made his fortune off of selling his political input and his newsletters. I agree with him but he has had little to no effect on changing laws or policies. Disobeying mandated established law is idiotic for a person that would have more to lose than gain. I looked up your buddy Adam Kokesh yesterday. Worth 10 million and paid his girlfriend $40 per week via contract to be his slave. Don't really care what the deal is with that but that is what is being purported. Adam makes his living off of selling liberty crap. He profits from getting arrested. He thrives on the attention. Some consider him a psychopath. What does Ron advocate? He might encourage you to do what you think is right and to take a liberty stance. He might even speak out on your behalf. I bet Ron would not spend one day in jail disobeying an established law. He would rather get paid to talk about it. There are people that believe the earth is flat. Do they really believe that or is that only what they sell? Is the grungy person with a sign really homeless and poor or do they panhandle because it is extremely lucrative?

Depends on where you live. If you are in a wet humid climate on a 3 acre island then maybe not an issue. If a person with something to lose were to start a controlled fire in a dry area that is prone to forest and wild fires, they would be wise to think twice before striking the match without the proper paperwork. A person could lose everything if a huge fire started by their negligence. Fire is nothing to mess around with. My guess is if Ron has acreage in a dry area and fire permits are required to burn, he would get the permit or hire someone to do the burn and make sure they do it responsibly. I would also think if a fire ban is in place because the area has not seen rain for 45 days and is extremely dry he would not start a fire. I do not know what kind of fire you speak of or your situation. Blatantly driving an unregistered automobile with the defense that you are free to travel is idiotic. Starting a fire to burn off some weeds in the height of a drought is idiotic. Building a fire to cook a varmint you trapped while stranded and lost in the forest is justifiable. Driving a person to the hospital without a license or registered vehicle that is having a heart attack when you have no phone is justifiable. I do not think Ron would start a fire without a permit. Ron has no need to do so. Ron would probably warn a child of the dangers of fire and how easily it gets out of control and the repercussions and liability from the law if you start a fire that gets out of control.

Not saying you are requesting money. I am saying that your lame exercise and request for civil disobedience is not productive and would not be done by people that have anything to lose and that Ron, Rand, Thomas would not drive an unregistered car without a license or skirt employment laws to practice civil disobedience. I am calling you out to explain how this Utopia you preach works in this day. Typing that it does and requesting millions of immigrants to move here is flat out crap.

I am calling you PAF out as a fraud. The antics of civil disobedience is for the unemployed or self employed or those that have strategically decided to use the format to enhance their livelihood. They do not perform civil disobedience for the greater good of liberty. Any person that does the math can easily calculate that it is a loosing proposition to purposefully go against the man and get caught. If your goal is to have people donate to you and have some sort of fame then go for it. People that have anything to lose calculate risk reward prior to engaging into scrutinized law breaking behavior. I would certainly bet that Ron Paul, Rand Paul, Thomas Massie, and any liberty advocate we support do not advocate breaking the law. Ron will grow old and die trying to change policy without succeeding. Ron will say it should be this way or that way but I would bet that Ron has a drivers license and registers his car. I would also bet that he would pay fees associated with employees that would be deemed mandatory. He might hire a contract worker or agency so he doesn't have to deal with it and put the burden on them but he will not defy the law. He would try to change it. I would venture to say that even our star member AntiFederalist would avoid the law rather than challenge it. In this day and age, only an idiot would drive an unregistered vehicle without a license unless dire circumstances could justify the action. Doing so as civil disobedience does not qualify in my book. Prove me wrong.

It is all bulldung. A plus rep with you telling me about driving unregistered motorcycle and civil disobedience is absurd. Okay let me say I believe you. So what. What do you have to lose? That is the billion dollar question. Why not start a delivery service with a fleet of vehicles and hire all illegal, unlicensed drivers and do not register or insure the vehicles. Where do you draw your line? Where and when do you bend over and take it? How do you justify taking this but not that? A single guy living in the woods has a lot better chance of flying under that radar than a successful business person.

Elwartowski thought it was a good idea to seastead off the coast of Thailand. How did that work out? You are advocating for hiring workers under free market principles. Against current labor laws. How do you think it will work out? Will you have a legal leg to stand on? I am not against the principle. I am for it! Why do people sign a contract? People agree until they disagree. So you enter into this illegal employee/employer relationship with a handshake and feel great that both parties needs are met. That works until your employee goes to the labor board and reports you. Do you have a drivers license? Why? Fuch that just drive without one! Do you register your car? Fuch that just drive without plates. Take a freaken stance and go to DMV and turn in your plates, your drivers license, and continue to drive. What is the difference between breaking that law that infringes on your right to travel and a labor law that mandates how employees are to be treated? Must your employees only be involved in "legal" work? Can you hire a bunch of illegal's and spread them all across NY city and have them selling loose cigarettes?

Before you invite immigrants to come here and work for free market wages, get free market wage system accepted as a way to pay workers. Do not put the cart before the horse.

If Haiti is a schithole that has 11 million people. Why would anyone want to stay there? Would the US benefit from 11 million people immigrating from Haiti to the USA? If one person can come, why would one want to stay in the schithole?

I know it was not brought up in the debate. I watched it. But, if he wants to bring over tens, hundreds, thousands, or millions of immigrants to his house and pay them today in the USA, should he pay them minimum wage and have a bonafide employer/employee relationship? I just re-watched the introduction because I wanted to actually get his full name so I could look him up. With that said, the debate was a total fail and did not live up to the objective described.

Was Caplan arguing that he would pay his Haitian's at least minimum wage, offer health insurance, workers compensation, paid time off... all the benefits of an employee/employer relationship or does he think the government shouldn't be involved in employer/employee relationships?

I was curious what is the problem with Haiti. After a very short read I determined the problem with Haiti is Haitians. Too many people. What is their solution? More People and moving to other places. I would never bring babies into a world like that. If I could not provide for the child I would not have children. If the entire environment was a schithole I would not have children. Why is it so important to have a child when the population is overcrowded, no sanitation, water, or food? Wake up folks we are not trying to repopulate the world after the flood of Noah. If all the people living in Haiti were annihilated and a few rich people moved there in a few generations it would be a Haven. Solve the problems instead of moving them and infecting another place. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Environmental_issues_in_Haiti Mental illness has overtaken the globe. Everywhere everyone is convinced that fallacy is truth and truth is evil.

I watched entire debate per your request and provided original thought. I would tend to side with Wellman because he was more reasonable but do not understand why he feels that it is an obligation for the rich to either provide refuge or pay to enhance the poor. Maybe I missed something there but why is it mandatory to make poor peoples lives better?
