I don’t see any mileage gained by that in today’s climate. I’ll ponder it, but education has to change first and foremost to rid the indoctrination camps. IMO it’s far more severe a problem than a few thousand immigrants coming in, these are innocent young minds nation-wide the government is totally wrecking and destroying.

I’d much rather “sign a petition” to End Common Core / FedDeptEd. If trump does one single thing to MAGA, this be it. Otherwise it don’t matter immigrants or natural born.

Unpacking the USMCA for Congressional Approval in 2019 January 8, 2019 The Trump administration will call on Congress to approve the USMCA quickly in the State of the Union address on January 29. The administration will likely argue that the U.S. position in ongoing trade talks with China and Europe would be undermined if USMCA is not approved as proof that the United States can complete trade deals. Just something to consider... Trump doesn’t call the shots. TPTB may know that liberty is rising, to some degree more or less. To keep the duopoly alive and well trump gains “support”, throws a few good bones here and there that the base supports, keeping them distracted. I am deeply concerned about that USMCA and also Property Rights. Too many neocons on other forums support that USMCA, never even having read it and believe it is the greatest agreement in their lifetime. While cheering and urging trump to take land that does not belong to them to build a wall, never uttering a word to end any incentives. Of course USMCA along with forfeiting Private Property are U.N. agendas. Which side “folds” is not the issue. TPTB, Tech Sector Lobbyists in bed with UN and their initiatives throughout the world, who want Bio-ID, facial recognition, drones, and other surveillance technologies, paid for by the tax payer, will provide instruction to the WH, depending on what if any “outcry” from the people at this point and time.

I have been participating on a TDS forum. It’s incredible most of the responses. So far: 1. Trump is right. It might not be a bad idea to raise the age of 21 and also ERPO if it will save an innocent life. 2. Taxes are ultra low, pay raises have increased more than ever and now they have enough money to actually do things they were unable to do under obama. 3. PAF is a conspiracy theorist with zero credibility, USMCA has absolutely nothing to do with labor or sustainable development - it is the best agreements ever negotiated by any president in their lifetime.

Back to the topic. Without the 2nd you don’t have the 1st. How important is Property Rights in relation to other natural Rights, and should any Right be taken or forfeited for “the common good”? As a follow up, if Private Property owner protected their property to the point of utilizing arms against an individual or government would he/she be within their right? If the community supported that persons property right, and/or each of their own properties, does the principal change or does it stand the same?

I have been researching the economics of the border and the devastating effects of portions of the wall. The numbers are staggering. It also helps to look at pics of those areas, farming, communities, resorts, tourism and the Rio Grande, etc. Have you at least studied the economic impacts that it will have? Also the numbers of bankruptcies and workers losing their jobs, land values plummeting to zero?

I would whole-heartedly advocate that on your own dime, provided you don’t convince bureaucrats to tax me to pay for your own private fence/wall.

You don’t support it but you feel it is a better option. Makes sense. That would be like saying get rid of insensitives for immigrants but keep Section 8. I guess I’m an “extremist” because I want to eliminate both incentives and Section 8.

By your definition 5 rounds is acceptable over a 15 round clip depending on where one lives if it is for the common good.

I would pose the question, what good is a sovereign country if that country can take your property, and if you refuse, the government convinces the 51% that it’s ok to take it by force?

Hey all, Things are going to happen either way, even if just parts of it. I am trying to wrap my head around this wall and eminent domain. I am ultra-grounded and can't seem to find any justification for eminent domain but it seems that a number of liberty folks these days are fine and easy with it. It's no secret that establishment republicans are backing trump 100%. I've suggested the only conservative solution without spending a dime is to eliminate not only incentives for the immigrants, but also Section 8 Welfare. I've held that the Republican platform has always been Property Rights, because of course without Private Property, other rights may just as well not exist. Heck, even Mr. Ziffel stood at his doorway brandishing his shotgun while arguing with the sheriff. Talk about property rights and defending one's freedom! Eminent Domain: Take what belongs to you "for the greater good".

By John W. Whitehead January 16, 2019 How far would you really go to secure the nation’s borders against illegal aliens? Would you give the government limitless amounts of money to fight yet another endless war? Surround the entire country with concrete walls and barbed wire? Empower border police to do whatever it takes to crack down on illegal immigrants, even if it means violating their human rights? Hold your nose and tolerate all manner of abuses in name of national security? Would you allow government agents to trample on the rights of anyone who gets in their way, including legal citizens? Relinquish some of your freedoms in exchange for the elusive promise of non-porous borders? Submit to a national ID card that allows the government to target individuals and groups as it chooses in order to identify those who do not “belong”? Turn a blind eye to private prisons and detainment camps that profit off the forced labor of its detainees?

The USMCA “Trade Agreement” Violates Our Constitution And Sets Up Global Government Jan 15, 2019 by Publius Huldah On November 30, 2018, President Trump, along with the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of Mexico, signed the United States-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) “Trade Agreement”. “Trade” is in quotes, because the document isn’t about “trade” – it’s about setting up global government. “Agreement” is in quotes because the document is a “treaty” – and that invokes the two-thirds ratification requirement of Art. II, §2, cl. 2, US Constitution. The USMCA Treaty (“Treaty”) was negotiated by U.S. Trade Representative, Robert Lighthizer. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, which works to move the United States into the North American Union (NAU). Continue:

President Trump signed the USMCA agreement. This NAFTA replacement contains language such as Government Tribunals, Sustainable Development and International Labour Organization, which is a United Nations Agency. The media on both sides are not reporting any of this. During this, a “crisis” suddenly emerged, blaming immigrants for changing election outcomes, taking over our way of life, collecting various forms of welfare and the cause of many if not all of the crimes in America. I do not know any poor, down and out immigrant who would travel thousands of miles just to change “our way of life”. As poor as they are, looking for work, I doubt they know anything about the internal workings of our government. Yes, there are immigrants that do cause crime, we have laws to address that. Give them their day in court and prosecute if found guilty. If innocent, let them work the jobs Americans don’t want and leave them alone. But don’t take Rights away from Americans out of spite.

Spotted Owl plague threatens northwestern North American Union crops and livestock. Baby conceived naturally! Scientists stumped. Couple petitions court to reinstate heterosexual marriage. Iran still closed off; physicists estimate it will take at least 10 more years before radioactivity decreases to safe levels. Last Castro finally dies at age 112; Cuban cigars can now be imported legally, but President Chelsea Clinton has banned all smoking.

This is my concern about giving the Fed control of 2,000 miles of property. Along the border, 3 million residents, and businesses which employ people, will be adversely affected. Affecting a $1 billion per day economy, devastate communities, property values plummet, potentially driving more people to rely on government assist. Churches, golf courses, resorts and tourism, farming, shopping centers, not to mention the number of gun-carriers in the great state... there are videos showing how towns have folded up due to prior portions of the wall. After Obama's largest land grab of all presidents to date which prevents private ownership and homesteading rights, I feel this president is putting the icing on the cake. It certainly lines up with the UN sustainable development portions that are in the USMCA that he signed. Once "federalized" - Private property, Guns - all in a swoop.

Federalize that land and the right to carry goes out the window. When one Right goes down the crapper, in this case Property Rights, the rest follow. This is what you don’t understand. And yes, you are in fact, a trump humper. Edited, this was to SwordSmyth.
